Bensons For Beds - Preston314 Arvostelua

Great service sales team not pushing to sell and very good at what they do

Looking to replace mattress and staff were very helpful and patient explaining all different options and allowing time for us to try out all the options with no pressure selling.

Not a very good experience to date! No complaints with the staff in the Preston store, but everything has to go via their Head Office, whose customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.
We ordered a new bed, mattress and headboard in December 2023 and we are still waiting for the headboard to be delivered. No one at this moment in time can tell us if, or when we are going to receive it despite ordering it before Christmas. It appears from speaking with the head office, they don’t really seem to care!
Very dissatisfied at the service to date.

Very helpful staff . Took us through different options the best bed for us .

Anita at the Preston store was very helpful and informative. We would not have known where to start without her guidance.

The sales assistant was amazing. No hard sell. Buying a bed made easy! Sale completed within 15 minutes. I got exactly what I was looking for!

Staff were very helpful, not pushy at all

The whole process from entering the store to deciding on the right mattress to purchase was professional, thorough and very appropriate to our needs
The technology used to assess ‘firmness’ most suitable for our sons comfort was particularly appropriate and it was followed by testing a number of mattresses determined by the test.
The 40 day return if the mattress is discovered to be uncomfortable is an excellent facility as is the offer to purchase for an extra £75 a cleaning service if the mattress gets stained, with anything, with a 72 hour response including a new mattress if it can’t be cleaned
Finally the staff were professional, knowledgable and friendly

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave us space and was on hand when needed, great service

Both ladies in the shop were very helpfull and friendly without being in your face all the time.they gave me plenty of time to look around then came and answered
all my queries with plenty of explanations and helpfull tips

Friendly, competent staff member. We knew what we wanted and she got everything sorted out very efficiently.

Had to cancel but I got 80% of money back

Staff friendly and helpful. Knowledge of products. Not pushy.

Very pleasant , helpfull, staff.

Steven was very helpful and patient with us so much so that I went in to look at a new mattress and came away with two !

We were well looked after and it made choosing the right bed easy. The young lady at Preston wa very helpful.

The guidance and information given by Steven was very helpful

Excellent, no hard sell allowed time to choose and have what appeared honest advice or information when asked, certainly recommended

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. No pressure to buy.

Purchase for daughters (11yrs) bed. Anita spoke to her directly and not to us, daughters opinion was what matters most as she will be sleeping in it.
