Bensons For Beds - Preston314 Arvostelua

Anita in the store in Preston, Docks was brilliant. Quick, efficient and gave us a very smooth transaction.

We were allowed a good look around before being approached by the salesman. He was very knowledgeable & extremely patient & helpful. If only all salespeople were so helpful. A very pleasant experience.

The sales lady was really knowledgeable and helpful , A good range of style and price ,we were given lots of time and I didn't feel pressured.

The store assistant that served us was polite and not pushy helping us select the most suitable mattress.

Excellent customer service
Nothing too much trouble
Lot of patience shown by Anita
10/10 for her.

Choosing a bed or mattress is not always easy but we were given good information to help us decide

I wanted a new mattress for our double bed and knew I wanted a Sealy as our last mattress had also been this make.
The gentleman in the showroom in Preston showed me 3 and explained a little about each one to me and asked if I slept on my side as he said to test each one in the position I slept in.
He was very helpful and I bought one in the January sale which was half price so I thought good value for money .
I also took advantage of the delivery option and taking my old one away at the same time.
Very good service and extremely helpful well done Bensons in Preston!

Excellent service, great customer care, quality product. A 5 star service through and through

Steven was fantastic! He wasn’t trying to force us into buying anything, but he gave us a wonderful service anyway. Regardless, we ended walking away with a bed because he was that good; and the bed was great.

Personable, professional staff.

Costanza couldn't have done more to help me in choosing my beds. There was no rush and she explained everything to me about the different beds and mattresses.

We arrived without a clue on what we wanted. But got there had a look around asked a staff and they were nothing but helpful. They made the whole process easy and helped with what we wanted and gave us the best price possible. Couldn’t find anything like it anywhere. Would 100% suggest everyone to go there!

The staff weren’t pushy, I approached Steve for advice, he was knowledgeable, took me to three appropriate for my budget and then left us to try them out and discuss.
I chose a completely different mattress, and again he explained the quality, price and process. An excellent salesman, thank You.

Anita was great in talking us through the various options and helping us select the mattress that best suits our needs.

Anita at the Preston store was super helpful and made the process very easy

Anita was absolutely fabulous and helped us out. Appreciated that we didn't feel pressured at any point and were talked through all the options.

Faultless customer service. The Preston store has been superb from start to finish.

And the delivery guys were just as helpful and friendly.

Couldn't ask for more. Except maybe tea and biscuits whilst shopping 😁

Thanks.

The staff are great, not only knowledgeable but also very relatable. Makes the experience a joy.

Anita is great salesperson with a vast amount of knowledge of the different beds. An overall excellent experience.
