Bensons For Beds - Poole692 Arvostelua

We visited the Poole Retail Park Branch today, to buy new mattresses for our Tempur adjustable bed.

Leigh greeted us and directed us to the Tempur beds they had on display. He explained the enhancements that Tempur have made since we bought our bed many years ago and suggested we test each mattress in case their support was slightly different to the previous design.

We were confident the support was similar to the one we have but noted the improved cover detail, which Leigh said allowed for the top to be removed and replaced for cleaning, which is far easier than the earlier design.

Leigh was the perfect salesman. Very polite, not at all pushy had exceptional product knowledge and customer service. He advised on the promotion the company was offering and we are confident he insured he also gave us the best deal possible.

If anyone is considering buying a bed, or any associated items, we would highly recommend going to Bensons for beds at Poole Retail Park and asking to deal with Leigh.

We cannot rate him high enough. He is an absolute credit to Bensons for beds.

Good customer service. No hard selling. Friendly staff.

Helpful, well informed, not pushy assistant

Dealt with Timm at the Poole store to purchase. He was excellent - polite, professional, patient - all we could have wanted. Price was great and Bensons were very accomodating in moving the delivery date back for us on multiple occasions.
Thoroughly recommend and will be back.

Godd customer service

Leigh was super helpful and explained everything after we gave details of what we needed, made it easy to decide and explained how it works, nothing was too much trouble, a great experience

Timm from the Poole branch was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Would very much return to him with any queries or future purchases. Overall very pleasant experience.

Two young men worked very well at removing super king mattress and base on a very hot day. Did a wonderful job of setting up the new one.

the sales reps were polite and so helpful explaining every thing

Staff in our local store were super helpful and friendly. Once we ordered our mattress we received plenty of communication in the run up to delivery, and the delivery guys were great too. Love the new mattress too! I had a really good experience using Bensons

Simply a first rate service from start to finish. The salesman in the Poole store could not have been more helpful. The delivery drivers were first rate with 2 phone calls prior to the delivery, one the evening before and another 45 mins before they arrived.

We were given excellent advice and guidance to find a mattress which matched our existing, discontinued, one. The staff went out of their way to help.

bensons are great! Good service, good explanation about everything. They take time with you and they are very professional. Ruben helped us and he was great, gave us ideas, information so we could decide the best for us. Thank you!

Well done Ruben.
Great choice of beds to test drive without hassle. Ruben was most helpful talking at a speed and in a tone that could be absorbed clearly. Delivery time better than expected.

Great Service from Ruben and the Team. Very patient too! Thank you

Great delivery - kept us informed; on time; polite; helpful; efficient; quick. Amazing!

We haven't yet received our mattress but would say that the salesman, Timm, in the Branksome store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend you talk to him
(Listen for the Canadian accent).
