We were served by Ruben, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was really good at understanding our needs.
The delivery was excellent. On time by 2 polite and efficient men. Overall 5 star experience

Excellent service and advice from Leigh. Now looking forward to our delivery.

Excellent Service from start to delivery. The store Manager and staff were extremely helpful and made the process fluid and easy. Delivery persons were polite, professional and helpful when delivering all the goods we had ordered.

Very well informed of the delivery date and time.
No hassle to your delivery team to remove the old mattress and fit the new, excellent.

Sold us the mattress we wanted

Staff were really friendly and helpful in the shop, and the guys delivering mattress were very quick with taking our old one and bringing in the new one, very happy with the new mattress :)

Very helpful staff member Leigh helped me find exactly what I wanted, especially with regard to mattress selection. It was a seamless process from looking at the bed and mattress, to ordering and arranging delivery.
I would certainly use the store again for any future purchases.

I'd had my current mattress for 10 years and wasn't sure whether to change it or not. We went into the Bensons store in Branksome just to take a look and got talking to the assistant Ruben. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful all round to the point that he ended up convincing me to buy this mattress.

The mattress was probably a bit more expensive than I had originally planned to buy but it did come with a £500 discount which sealed the deal. Purchase and delivery all went smoothly and on time as scheduled.

So far the mattress has been very comfy and much better than the old one. Sleep has been better and so has my back as a result. Would recommend both the mattress and the Bensons service to others.

Helpful delivery men, on time and no mess. Great! Thanks

Paul in the shop was superb. Very knowledgeable and personable which made the experience a lot easier and smoother for us!

We came into the Poole brach at the weekend to get a mattress for the spare room, we were warmly welcomed by John who was very helpful and friendly and run through all the options with us. Very good customer service would recommend 👌. Thanks

in store staff we dealt with were very helpful & understanding our needs. John & Ruben dealt with at different times very pleasant helpful boys. Different people due to days off.

Visited Branksome store and was served by Rubin who was very helpful, obliging and went above and beyond to assist Thank you.
Jack who phoned me the day before to advise on delivery times was also helpful and gave us a fab tip on putting bed together Thank you also.
Simply just a fab experience from start to finish.

Great experience end to end, shop staff were super friendly and really helped us to get the best deal, and then the delivery team we’re fantastic, friendly, efficient, and just really helpful and pleasant.

From the moment we stepped in store, to the moment our bed was delivered, the whole process was fantastic.
I hate being hounded by sales assistants when browsing, but the chap that worked with us was wonderful. He stepped back when I made it clear this was looking only, then politely suggested something for the future should we change our mind.
When it came to insurance, our bed was at the lower end and he admitted it probably wasn't needed due to the initial cost.
We were updated on order progress by emails and delivery was fantastic. They confirmed the day before, and the day of we were given a tighter time window.
When the delivery guys came in they were polite friendly, and took their shoes off as they immediately came through the door, they didn't even check if we were a shoes off house.
They delivered directly to our bedroom, navigating the very tight stairwell.

Great in store help and efficient friendly delivery

Very attentive and informative salesman who listened to my requirements and took into account a very limited budget before showing me the product he considered most suitable but then also demonstrated a less expensive alternative.

I came to the shop to buy a new mattress, the variety to pick was huge, but with the help of of staff I was able to choose what I really needed. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend Benson For Beds to everyone l.
