Sofa bed
Order process very easy. Staff in store very helpful. Kept up to date re progress of order. Given plenty of notice re delivery slot.
Sofa bed is very comfortable. Love the colour too.
Would have liked the delivery team to have unpacked it and then take away packaging. Just a thought 🤔

Great service
Well our sales person was very helpful and personable pointing out mattresses suitable for my young son. He pointed out medium mattresses for myself and left us to try them out for comfort.
He explained everything we needed to know and was great with my son.

New Big Very High Bed
After 9 years with our Sealy Super King size bed, we decided it was time for a change. We went to the store in Kilmarnock with the intention of probably going for the same again.
However after lengthy discussions with Darren in the store we decided to go for an I Gel Super King size bed.
He was extremely helpful in what is a very big decision, and one that you just want to get right, so much so that he stayed on beyond his closing time to make sure we were happy we had made the right choice.
Very professional and very considerate, and no question we were being a pain.

Great service from a lady in the Kilmarnock store called Fay. Only went in for a look and ended up buying a bed, headboard and mattress.

great quality for the right price
my wife and i went into Bensons looking for a mattress and the sales man came asked us what we where looking for i was having back pain needed mattress that was firm and i needed it today i could not wait for the normal 3 weeks delivery so i managed to get our mattress that day best nights sleep we have had in years thank you Bensons

Great customer service from Fay. She was very knowledgeable and patient.She made sure we bought the right kind of bed.
Large selection to choose from. We bought a king size bed also from Bensons a few weeks ago.
