Large selection to choose from. We bought a king size bed also from Bensons a few weeks ago.

Good range of offers and very helpful sales person, Darren

We were pleased with the service, staff were helpful and not over bearing

I knew I needed a new bed, but kept putting it off as it can be confusing as there are so many options out there. Went into Bensons to try to understand what would be best for me. Was browsing around the numerous displays and a lovely lady asked if I would like some assistance. She took time to explain about the differences between mattresses and after identifying what I required, showed me a range that would meet all that I requested. She was very knowledgeable and patient and made me feel less anxious about the whole experience of buying on my own.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not follow me or pressure me into a sale which was excellent. Prices very reasonable and products always of good quality. Very happy shopper!

Wardrobe Purchase. Went in-store to look at wardrobes and was served (very patiently) by Darren. He was helpful, straight forward and made the experience very relaxed.

I was made welcome as soon as I entered the store. the gentleman's knowledge about what I needed was exceptional

The knowledgeable and helpful salesman ensured we got the bed most suitable for us The extensive range in showroom was helpful but we received good advice from salesman The delivery date of the bed we choose means we don’t have too long to wait

Ian the shop assistant was very informative and knew what our needs were he was very patient while we made a decision on what to buy that was best for us.

Ian in store was very knowledgeable and helpful and made things very easy

The shop assistant was knowledgable and helpful. She provided good suggestions but also gave me space to try things for myself. I also tried the bed simulator but didn’t find it that helpful - the equivalent simulator in other stores provides better information.

Isobel was amazing. She helped me and my girlfriend find exactly the bed we were looking for and was so friendly and nice through out the entire process. Amazing customer service!
