Bensons For Beds - Inverness744 Arvostelua

Very pleasant and helpful staff answered Ll our questions

Really great service came in a week ago & left knowing that we would be back the following week to buy from bensons. Other bed suppliers weren’t really interested in what we wanted. My teen looking for his first double bed and he was shown all options of beds and mattresses so very happy.

Great customer service in Inverness

Jackie was great in helping us through the confusing process of choosing a new bed. The scan was great to find out what we needed and she patiently guided us through choosing a mattress / headboard and pillows, all tailored to us! Thank you Jackie!

Excellent service while picking a new bed. Sales woman was very helpful.

Straight forward, requirements immediately understood, very smooth process. Great sales guy.

Very helpful and easy to organise

The welcome we received when we first walked in store was really friendly and informative
The range of products on show were just what we needed at a price that was competitive
Once we had walked around and been allowed time to browse on our own Rosslyn was then able to offer more details for us and answer our questions being knowledgeable about the sofa
We have ordered the sofa and were given a speedy delivery date considering we live in the Hebrides
We also benefited from an early sale discount which meant delivery paid for itself
You don’t buy a bed every day so it’s good to know you are in safe hands

Staff in the Inverness store could not have been more helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who listened to us and understood what our needs were. This made it a very useful, as well as enjoyable experience! We were offered assistance, suggestions and advice, but also time to think and talk with each other. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

The assistant was really helpful, she explained all the details about the sofa bed I was interested in, and she demonstrated how it worked.
The showroom was well laid out, well lit with plenty of space to wander round and check out products. Parking was easy too.

Extremely helpful & courteous telephone ordering process with Jackie at the Inverness branch.
