Bensons For Beds - Inverness744 Arvostelua

Very helpful and knowledgable staff in the Inverness depot. Friendly and helpful makes something this important a sensible choice rather than an educated guess! Thank you.

Informed salesperson and better deal than you could get online.

Would have been fantastic if not so pushy

We had friendly and helpful advice about which bed and mattress combination would suit us best. We were shown lots of options, and were very happy with the experience.

I tried a number of beds in the store, found the 1 fur me. Was given a delivery date and the bed arrived bang on time

Attentive, friendly member of staff. Easy parking and reasonable delivery date.

Bought a wardrobe from this company in September 2022 was told ot would take 12 weeks first week of December man arrived with wardrobe flat packed to assemble but the back panels were missing was left with all the boxes then fast forward after a lot of phone calls another man arrived on the 17th January with back panels to assemble but realised he had no drawers for it he built what he could that time then another lot of phone calls and a third visit on the 1st of February only to be told they only had one drawers and no fittings I'm now left with a wardrobe with missing drawers and doors absolute disgrace of a company I spent £2000 on the wardrobe and it's useless to me and I'm still waiting for them to come back it's been nearly six months since I bought it

Generally fine, just price of products a bit high and choice of products are less than expected.

Great service and delivery - couldn’t fault them from start to finish.

Bill the salesman was most helpful and very knowledgeable. We also loved the experience of the bed which helps you decide which level of of mattress to choose.

Very helpful staff who gave a lot of time to finding out what we wanted and put a great deal of effort into ensuring we found it.

Great sales staff went out of his way to make sure everything was right and very friendly.

Good customer service and no talking rubbish to me or trying to force more sales on me

Service was excellent
Better than expected

Great service all round. Inverness store very helpful although bought mattress online. Delivery was amazing arrived early helpful guys.
Love the mattress and matching pillows. One minor complaint is the delivery charge you wanted for the mattress protector almost as much as the item! Otherwise brilliant.

I was pleased with the choice of mattresses on the Internet, but it was good to be able to visit the shop to check that the mattress I was thinking of buying was comfortable. The staff in the shop were helpful and pleasant, despite me discovering that in order to take advantage of an interest free purchase option I had to purchase via the Internet, rather than at the shop.

I was looking for a mattress (150-200) for my daughter. After review of availability and delivery time, the team proposed me a special offer and delivered the mattress as expected and in time ! A very good experience with a team involved in client satisfaction and service ! I've bought a mattress at "Bensons for beds" years ago and I will return to this shop without hesitation in the future !
