Bensons For Beds - Hamilton447 Arvostelua

Very good experience. No problems at all. Delivery early. All in all happy customer.

The manager at the Hamilton store was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was so lovely. Would definitely buy again and recommend to a friend.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helped us to choose a mattress that suited our needs. We weren't initially expecting to make a purchase but the service was excellent, no pressure to buy and we were given a great deal on the perfect bed. Thanks Boszena!

Very informative salesperson who didn't try to push us into a sale

Graham was experienced, patient and knowledgeable

Cameron in shop was very helpful

The lady who guided us (Bozena) was excellent in advising us on the best options.Great customer service.
Thank you.

We had a great service when buying our guest bed. Our attendant Bozena was very helpful and new exactly what we needed. Also very fast on doing all the paperwork. Now is just wait for the delivery.

Very helpful staff in general.

Good experience not just out to make a sale but to help you choose with your needs foremost

My bed was meant to be delivered on the 1st of October 2024, got an email saying it will be delayed until 7th of October 2024, didn't think I'll have this problem going into shop and ordering the bed on 19th of September. A bit disappointed as had everything planned and a day off.

Allan made us feel welcome the moment we arrived in-store. We were provided with just enough information that we needed and the. afforded the freedom to browse, answering all our questions when asked. We never felt under any pressure or hard sell. The process of purchasing was hassle free too. Good customer service from start to finish. Thank you.

Helpful staff and information received was very informative, would definitely recommend
