Fantastic overall experience
Excellent customer service in store. Absolutely can’t fault their communication, providing me with updates and on the day of delivery. Fantastic link sent to allow me to track my delivery and a phone call 20 minutes before from the driver advising that we were the next delivery.
Deliver men were friendly, effective and allowed me time to clear up once our old bed had been removed before installing our new ottoman bed. Delighted from start to finish with Bensons.

In Hamilton shop Cameron was friendly and professional with helping us pick the correct mattress to suit our needs. We were kept in the loop at all stages and delivery went ahead at the stated time.
