What an amazing shopping experience…
What an amazing shopping experience this was. The young lady who was running the shop was so helpful and gave a lot of advice and assistance…but did leave us alone to wander. When we had decided the rest of the process was very smooth and quick.
The delivery was, exactly as expected, I was kept informed every step of the way. The delivery guys were efficient and polite, in fact they even put over shoes on when they came into our home.

Relaxed, polite and got the sale !
I wanted to say thank you to Wendy, you were approachable, informative, helpful and was.very comfortable to deal with. We had just been to a.major competitor who, shall we say, tried to force a unwarranted sale on me. Your stock quality and advice over took them by miles.
Thank you.

Brilliant Service
Brilliant service from the help we got in the Gillingham branch, the lady who helped and was extremely patient throughout. We wanted to purchase with her because of how helpful she was but only went online as we didn’t have to pay a deposit! Once ordered online, we were kept up to date from start to finish and service was spot on! Driver gave me a call 45/60 mins before they arrived and were polite and helpful when this was dropped off.
