Female staff member came over to me

Female staff member came over to me. I knew exactly what I wanted and she showed me the choice even persuading me to try a different type of mattress whuch was a sensible move.
I paid and left with no pressure and no stress

Very helpful man

Very helpful man - Paul. Not pushy at all. I had details of mattress i wanted and he showed us 4 that were the same criteria. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The way to do it…

Felt immediately in “sync” with staff member Samantha. Big tick to Bensons for stocking Hypnos mattresses. I was given helpful advice but no superfluous sales patter. The whole transaction was a good example of customer service.l asked for a coffee and received one…well l was spending an awful lot of money!

Excellent service

Excellent service. From start to finish. Very pleased with mattress and have ordered another one! Delivery team Antonio and Daniel were helpful and polite. Mattress very comfortable. Thank you.
