No problems at all

No problems at all. I was advised very well and given clear information about the mattress I was buying. Friendly and pleasant service throughout.

Excellent service

I'm happy with the service, Sam was really helpfull, and went out of her way to help. The only thing I would say was the lights in the store were to bright, could only stay in store for an hour as had a headache.

Good experience on the web and in-store

Useful website to research what we were looking for, followed up by a great in-store experience helped by the Folkestone store assistant Starr. She clearly explained the options, features of the sofabed and delivery details. We await delivery due in early March.

The Lady was knowledgeable and efficient and soon found suitable solution for our need.
we tried and tested the suggested beds.
