Great experience at Bensons for Beds
Peter's assistance was very professional and affable. We tried the compatability "bed". His advice was very informative and helpful in coming to a decision on the most suitable mattress for our needs. His explanations of delivery, recycling and lifetime guarantee offered by Bensons as opposed to 5 year from manufacturer were all constructive in coming to our decision.

The in-store staff were incredibly helpful and supported us in setting up interest-free instalments for our bed and mattress.
Our delivery driver, Paul, and his assistant, Gavin, were absolutely brilliant – professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. They contacted us around 40 mins before arriving, giving us plenty of time to get everything ready to receive our new bed. They were both lovely, answered all our questions and concerns, and worked quickly and efficiently.
We’re so grateful for the service we received from the team and couldn’t have asked for a better experience, from purchasing our bed to having it delivered. Thank you!
