Bensons For Beds - Bristol Imperial Arvostelua

The sales team were professional and supportive. The delivery team (Tracy and Tom) were superb! They were jolly, positive and highly professional and with courteous humour. Nothing was too much trouble!

Very friendly staffwho know what they are selling..Plenty of beds to choose from
Not hurried to make a decision

Were made to feel really welcome and the member of staff was very informative

Lewis very helpful and knowledgeable about products

The sales woman was really helpful and approachable, I loved her realness and common sense approach. I appreciated the sale as it made it affordable and nice to get it delivered in a few weeks giving me time to decorate.
The mattress felt good, I’ll know more when it arrives.

Poor customer service. Still not forfilled there agreement several weeks on. I was a repeat customer, but will ship elsewhere next time. Just ignore your emails.

Went looking for a new bed was greeted by very friendly, knowledgeable staff who talked me through all the options available, without putting any pressure on me to make a decision.
Would highly recommend this store at Imperial Park, Bristol

Excellent service! Lewis at the Imperial Park branch, Bristol, was professional, personable, and nothing was too much trouble. He took time to explain the features of all the mattresses I was interested in and gave me the time to consider my options. So much better to go to a shop than purchase unseen on the internet, Thankyou Lewis, you made my decision much easier and more enjoyable

Sharon most helpful and knowledgeable. Good choice of items.

Sharon listened to what I was looking for and was helpful, professional, and not pushy. I was given the opportunity to try out several beds within my price ranger.

Very friendly approach from sales ascent and excellent knowledge of all beds.

Great experience at benson for beds branch in Bristol imperial park! Special thanks to Lewis who’s been absolutely fantastic and super helpful with us sorting out all the beds for our new place! Will definitely be coming back in the future :)

Some issues regarding the removal of the old bed

Good customer service and great knowledge of the products

Good help from assistant

Great service from Lewis at imperial park store in Bristol they still had my details from my last purchase nearly 10 years ago which was a great help in choosing our new bed outstanding customer service

They know how to talk and guide customers. I was impressed

Great experience at Bensons for Beds. I knew I wanted a firm mattress, and Lewis gave me the time and space to choose the right one. His professional approach made the process easy, offering helpful advice and ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Excellent service! Highly recommend visiting if you're in need of a new mattress.

I honestly wouldn’t buy a bed anywhere else. There has been several ups & downs due to the odd design of our stairs/house. The first delivery failed due to this but I honestly couldn’t find any criticism of the delivery drivers who tried every possible solution & who were wonderful, considerate & efficient.

Lewis has been such a diligent, hardworking ambassador for the in-store customer service side & has the patience of a saint in trying to resolve this & find a suitable solution. Such exemplary customer service from him & he did everything he could to ensure a pre Christmas delivery. Lewis is such a team player he wouldn’t accept praise without telling me that it was the “unsung heroes” who needed to be included “Anthony (our Senior Supply Planner), and Sharon (our Transport Supervisor from our Tewksbury Distribution centre)”. This is a testament to his excellent attitude and colligate approach. This was such a big purchase to me, I’ve never invested in a good quality bed before due to not being able to afford it. I highly recommend bensons & Lewis should get a MASSIVE Christmas bonus!!

Thanks for everything
