The whole team at imperial park
The whole team at imperial park. Sharon (the manager) Julie who was from the cribbs store but covering at the time in imperial park) I nearly decided to buy a bed at dreams as it was on par to the one at bensons and but cheaper but because of the service I received from Julie at first I decided to go back to bensons. So basically customer service can help a customer decide overall more so than the product it self. Julie is a credit to the company. Also the aftersales bit was also good Gill was very lovely and helpful from customer services and Lewis at imperial park helped me too. Nothing was a bother nice bloke. Sharon sorted the delivery as I kept changing the date and she was on it even though they were busy. The delivery guys were lovely (I didnt take there names) one was from Birmingham and one Cheltenham but used to live in the area im in. Very lovely blokes and polite 😊 I would highly recommend bensons from this experience
