Excellent service, excellent quality!
My experience with Bensons was fantastic from start to finish. Tracey was excellent on the day helping me pick my bed and additions. Delivery was set up for the following week. 2 days later I saw the price had reduced by almost £400. A quick call to Bensons and within an hour, Lewis had sorted out a refund to match the lower price and held the same delivery date - even got the price of the protection down in line with the new price! Day of delivery went smoothly, they arrived at the earlier end of my time slot and had everything unpacked, put together and tidied away within 90 minutes. Absolutely thrilled with my new bed which is gorgeous and excellent quality!

TV bed came without a TV
The tv I ordered was not with the delivery, I now have to wait another week to receive it! Also the head if the bed was damaged and has to be replaced.

Benson for peace of mind
Very professional when in the store and answered all the question that we asked. Delivery was great as the day it was coming wasn't good for us so changed the date to suit us. Had a phone call to say when the will be there and put it in the room where required.

Arranged a delivery date, had messages giving times of arrival and it turned out it was never coming.
Nobody could tell me why and when asking for a refund they just sent me a message with another date saying “great news, your bed is coming early”. It was 3 weeks late. Wasted a day of my time. I had to do all the chasing and in total took 16 weeks.
I ordered a bed from somewhere else and got it in 5 days
