Bensons For Beds - Bournemouth Arvostelua

excellent services ,great price for quality products, staff very helpful and friendly, thank you very much , highly recommend.

Good advice by knowledgeable shop assistant

The experience in the shop was very good with staff who seem to know what they were doing. However, I cannot comment on the quality of the bed as it has not yet been delivered.

The most pleasant experience of bed shopping. From showroom to delivery staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this company unreservedly.
Delivery by Nathan and Twanda was faultless.

Having popped into the shop to check out the quality of something we had seen online, we were met with a smile and knowledge of the products and offers available. The young lady who serviced us was extremely accommodating and we are glad we took the time to visit the showroom.

We were left to look around by ourselves when a sales person came he was helpful but not pushy

I found the guy that served me very polite knowledgeable and helpfull,

Sales woman showed great knowledge of the beds and mattress in store

Glenn was very helpful and gave good advice to help us choose the right bed for our needs, he also wasn’t too pushy like other assistants can be.

Great customer service. Not pushy in any way. Tried several mattresses but still a bit unsure. Returned after a week and eventually went for the original mattress I liked. Better still it arrives in under 2 weeks.

Always good customer service
We went in just to look at Mattresses and the sales team were very helpful.

Helpful member of staff but very slow to process finance application. Wait time for delivery around 12 weeks.

Glenn was a very helpful and pleasant salesman.

Very good service
Good products , we were very pleased

Helpful, excellent service and plenty of choice

Very friendly and helpful staff from the minute we walked in. Knew exactly the product we were after (wanted similar mattress as we had previously purchased a few years back but in a different size) and were knowledgable about stock. Brilliant service!

Able to look around at our own pace. No hard selling. Plenty of helpful advice when required from friendly staff. Very good choice of mattresses in store .

The service is very good, he showed us all the types of beds we were looking for and the measurements.

Rob was a fantastic help. He offered insight when we asked but wasn't pushy and made the experience really easy for us!
Explained everything well and was very friendly, would definitely recommend this place to others.
