The beds are lovely, my problems were with the motion bed company who make the motorised bases for the beds. There seems to be very poor communication between Bensons and the other company.The staff in Bensons Castle Point shop were wonderful, especially Craig and Roberto helped me through the issues caused by the motion bed company.

Prompt and efficient but needs to be a bit more careful when carrying boxes over cream carpets and leaning on walls
The delivery guys called b4 arriving and were very efficient in puttingy bed base together. My only criticism was that they dragged in boxes and mattress on my cream carpet and walls. The plastic on the mattress was covered in black dust as was the boxes. They could have been a bit more careful

Delivered on timer
I was made aware on the delivery date approximate time of delivery as promised in earlier texts from Bensons. A further text was received about 20 minutes before their arrival. A very quick process was made of delivery of mattress and removal of the old one. I like the fact the old mattress was placed in a large plastic bag for its disposal. A good team from the company.

The sales person instore was welcoming, patient and very helpful. The agreed delivery timescale was met, and the delivery team were friendly and efficient. The mattress is excellent and good value. Overall we are delighted with the whole experience and the customer service has been great.

Delivery service was outstanding
Delivery service was outstanding. Had a bit of an awkward space to get my new bed into. Del guys were amazing. I liked the service in the showroom at Castlepoint really helpful.
However I have received the following in an email
Normal occurence
We use a number of fillings in your mattress and due to this, you will find your mattress will naturally mould to your body, creating a slight dipping in your mattress. It is common for your mattress to feel slightly different after a few weeks of use because of this as your body adjusts and the mattress naturally conforms to your body shape. Adjustment period
Allow some time for your body to adjust and for the mattress to settle. The majority of normal settlement happens within the first 6 months of the mattress.
Surely a sinking matress is not providing the right support - Hence I bought a new one. Having spent £1500appr. £850 on a Air max 6 matress alone. I'm not sure i've spent my money in the right place. I'm left feeling disconcerted. Why wasn't this mentioned in the showroom? It feels like your managing my expections in the light of known issues?

This is a normal process and does not necessarily indicate a loss of support. The majority of this settlement typically occurs within the first few months of ownership.
