Best home furnishings chain
Well, unlike another home furniture chain, we got personal service from the store in Barnsley. The information she gave us was spot on, that is the delivery date. We bought a new tied super king size mattress. It was delivered on time, and they even made the bed, zipping the mattress together.
I would thoroughly recommend their customer service, the emails kept us up to date, and the shop manager gave us the stores number if we had queries, which we didnt!

Excellent experience from entering the store to delivery of our new mattress. The staff were very helpful and patient with us while we made our selection. Full advice given but no extreme pressure to purchase. We have purchased the same before so had no doubts about the quality. We were kept very well informed of how to prepare for delivery and what to expect. Delivery date was confirmed and on the day the delivery company contacted us with a window of 40mins to arrival. On time, extremely polite and friendly, very clean & super efficient. A reminder also given on how to look after our mattress in the early stages. Since then we have enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing sleep.
