Double & Single bed purchase
The sales lady wasn't pushy. She gave us time to look around but kept popping back to see if we were okay and had any questions. She helped answer our questions, was patient with my son running around and trying every bed and explained the breakdown of each item we were looking to buy. The prices were reasonable, and better with the 20% discount. She explained the delivery process and all options available. I would definitely go back and buy a bed from this store again.

The Barnsley Staff - BRILLIANT!!
The Barnsley staff - Salesperson Angie & Manager Carol were absolutely amazing … we ‘bought them’ before we bought our bed. Angie was so knowledgable, patient and professional. She listened to us & gave such a personalised professional service that is so often lacking these days when people ‘sell to a script’. The level of face to face interaction was exceptional & when Carol became involved as Manager her decisiveness & common-sense in her convictions to make decisions which were right for customer & company was a breath of fresh air. We could have shopped around further … but the level of service & the quality of product & value meant the deal was done there & then .. & we will definitely be recommending these 2 exceptional ladies to our family & friends. A credit to Bensons .. a job superbly done. Thank You!!

Over all it was good
Over all it was good. Staff were helpful and there were messages of progress. Delivery men were nice and polite. They put the bed where I wanted.
My only issue was the packaging was filthy. Not just a little dusty but I ran my hand on it and it was black.
This new bed was light coloured and the packaging was left on a brand new cream carpet

Thank you for your feedback! 😊 We're delighted to hear that, overall, you had a good experience with us.
We're sorry to hear about the condition of the packaging, though. A little dust is one thing, but "new bed meets black handprint test" definitely isn't the welcome anyone wants! 😬 We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, especially given the packaging was placed on a brand-new cream carpet.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Your feedback helps us improve, and we're glad the service itself left a positive impression. We hope you're now enjoying your new bed,
Megan | Customer Care Specialist

The staff were fantastic delivery brilliant. The bed is lovely however the wardrobes are not worth the money.
We have spent a lot of money and not happy with the wardrobe, the glass on the wardrobe doors is flimsy I would hate to think this is in a childs room. Need to do better

Thank you for your feedback. 😊 We're delighted to hear that our store team were fantastic, the delivery service was brilliant, and that you're pleased with your new bed.
We're sorry to hear, however, that the wardrobes didn't meet your expectations, particularly regarding the quality and sturdiness of the glass doors. We understand your concerns and appreciate you taking the time to share them. Feedback like this is incredibly valuable and helps us continue to improve our products and services.
Thank you for choosing us and for your honest review. We hope you enjoy your new bed, and we'll ensure your comments are passed on to the relevant team,
