Another fantastic experience at Bells Crossgar Motors! This is my third car and the service has been impeccable, always. Stewart was very transparent and efficient in the ordering and handover of my car. Wonderful dealership and staff 😊 A special shout out to Pete who could not have been more helpful.

December 2025. Paid £27,000 for a year old Vehicle. March 2026. Vehicle completely shut down. June 2026. Company still making Excuses and I am now facing Solicitor Costs due to this completely unprofessional Company.

Bought a second hand car when I took it to MOT it was taken straight of the ramp and advised this was 2 cars joined together- they refused to MOT if or allow me to take it home as it was “condemned”. Went back to Bells and advised “nothing to do with them”, they bought it at auction “in good faith” and was “unfortunate luck”. Now going down a very lengthy legal battle. Absolute scammers!!!!!

Selling 5 years old car Audi e-tron,,and damaged and painted,, before buy I'm asking CAR is clear,,,,???? Answer ---yes car clear no damage no over painted,, after two washing paint going out,, called and showed ,, but answer can't help,,that is my self problem,,, warning working layer,,sales executive is Christopher Davey,,, carefully witch him,

I cannot praise Sam and the team at Bell's of Crossgar highly enough to provide fabulous, quick and unfussed customer service on a warranty claim for our full service history 8 year old Renault..no "fun and games", no poor attitudes, that I personally experienced in Charles Hurst Renault Glengormley where dismissiveness and condescension were disgraceful.
I will deal with Bell's first when wanting to get my next car in the next few months and NOT Hursts.
Head to Bell's and feel welcome!
