Bella Italia Arvostelua 

Visited Bella Italia in the Metro Center Newcastle . There was no social distancing. Tables were crammed together and very crowded. There were empty tables however the manager informed us that he did not have the staff to open the closed area. Surely it would make sense to open the closed area and have staff walk a bit further between stations to ensure social distancing and customer safety and comfort We didn’t stay very disappointing

We Went for a meal at Bella italia, on sat night at sixfields northampton, and very impressed. the meal was lovely. There was a great choice of menu, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service, Joel looked after us who was very efficient and friendly, i wd recommend.

Went to Bluewater Bella Italia today booked for 12 noon. had marguerite pizza, it was like a piece of rubber not nice

Excellent staff and gluten free, vegan menu in the Cambridge Grafton centre.

Overpriced beer and crap food,I had spaghetti Bolognese which must have come out of a microwave and was nothing like proper Italian food.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some sweet potato fries , pizza was good , fries as well , nothing to complain so far but found some kind of worms in the box with fries which make me feel sick , if I could attach some pics I would , food was great but make sure you don't add any other weird flavour into it guys .

Visited today with my daughter for my birthday and it was , beautiful food, excellent service and very clean

Very friendly staff (Ilaria), lovely foods and a good price for a central London restaurant. Shall revisit on my next visit to London.

Shocking.
Ate here yesterday. I ordered standard spaghetti bolognese for my main, was it out of a tin? If not it certainly wasn't made by a competent chef.
Years since I'd been snd I remembered acceptable Italian food. Not anymore I'm afraid. I didn't complain, whats the point clearly this is standard for this place these days.

Do not eat here! Me and my partner both feeling ill next day. Sent both dishes back. Pasta was rock hard, carbonara cold and dry. Not even an apology. Absolutely dreadful experience save your money and do not go here!!

Had a meal with my husband at the Dudley restaurant last Sunday, the following day I felt very ill and had food poisoning from the main chicken dish I had eaten. The food when it came out did not look appetising and felt as it had been microwaved and not freshly cooked. I don’t think I’ll be ever eating here again, this experience has seriously put me off dining here again. I would not recommend this restaurant if you want a freshly cooked meal.

Pasta ordered. It was like a noodle. No tomato souse, dry. Worst pasta I ever had.

Terrible experience. Have ordered on deliveroo, pizzas are delivered cold. And they are extremely hard and salty.

The staff are friendly and the food got to our table fast, the food was amazing

Ordered lasagne which didn't taste anything like it. The dish lacked flavour and the texture was rubbery. Also the wine was warm. The meal was overpriced and definitely not worth paying so much for.

Visit was quite good but didn't realise I paid £12 optional service charge tried to reclaim it but got ignored 3 times rubbish customer contact

Food was ok, service was a little slow, and overall it was too expensive. “Optional” service charge was added without any consent. I had to argue vigorously to get it refunded when I realised it had been added. Sly tactics, and we won’t be returning.

Made a order on deliveroo,the carbonara was so salty, I removed all the pancetta out as it was all pure fat and the garlic bread was hard an just snapped as you bit it,I wouldn’t recommend

Food was not great, I later found out that it was warmed up food what they serve.
Only to be stung with a £20 service charge. No wonder the waitress was extra helpful. Was not informed of that little detail. Overall disappointed.

Really disappointed on a recent visit for my birthday celebrations.
On arrival was given a list of items they didn't have including two of the starters and two of the desserts and there were not many choices to start with.
We were advised on ordering drinks that the wine we wanted they didn't have. Probably a good thing as we were charged £28 for 4 glasses of the house rose! Six pints of coke and a pint of lemonade was also £28. (Taking these figures from the bill in front of me).
Food wasn't hot and over priced for what we received. £23 for six small pots of rosemary fries.
Sadly service was also slow and it wasn't busy... we now know why!
Would not recommend and will not be returning.
Optional service charge of £22.15.
Bella Italia need to do a whole lot better! Absolute rip off!
