I have reported that you took an additional monthly payment by direct debit and provided evidence that our company had already paid that monthly direct debit for May 2026. Your company ignored this evidence and has continued to believe that there is not a problem, and has NOT refunded this overpayment of £268.02 taken without our permission.
I am now writing to your Managing Director, and other bodies (for reference) to highlight BDR's inability to correctly process my complaint, and to recover the £268.02 owed to my company. I cannot trust your company's Accounts/Credit Control Section to manage our Direct Debit payments arrangement. I have cancelled all future direct debits and we will pay in future by BACS.

Phillip Fielding always offers a 5 star service! He is incredibly patient with those who aren't particularly IT savvy and will always go out of his way to find a solution to any problem.

Philip is always helpful and goes over and above when explaining the fix he is carrying out. He is very patient and listens when you explain what help is needed.

Helpdesk ticket has been closed without offering any resolution whatsoever. Literally ignoring my emails.

Customer support on the billing and contract side is not good at all. Our billing remains incorrect, even after letting BDR know many times since renewal of our contract in March 2026. I have also asked for a manager to contact us and I am still waiting for this to happen. The billing has been incorrect now, for a significant amount of time, meaning I do not have confidence in BDR to deliver what is promised.

I had an issue with files not synchronising in our ITSMEX folders and contacted BDR Group for support. Felipe responded promptly, kept me informed throughout the process, and worked efficiently to resolve the problem.

Communication was clear and professional, and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the his patience, technical expertise, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
