BBQs 2u Arvostelua

Recently bought a BigJoe with a Joetisserie kit included.
Unfortunately I attached the incorrect length to the basket bracket. For the life of me I couldn’t get one screw to unscrew and after trying several suggested sensible ideas still couldn’t get the screw to shift.
Messaged with Paul at BBQs2U and was expecting to have to wait a few weeks for a part to be shipped over. “No” said Paul, “we don’t want you to have to wait, I’ll sort that and have the parts down to you”. A package was out to me that day and received with the piece I needed today.
So, so impressed with the customer service and care. Will be singing this company’s praises.

Fantastic customer service- really responsive to queries, fast delivery and excellent product.

Quick delivery. Good website. Good communications.

Excellent communication and service extremely quick I have and would definitely use again 5 star service thank you

Perfect ordering process. Quick delivery as well.

Absolutely brilliant company, very helpful answers even over the Easter holiday. Both Kamado Joe BBQ that I purchased and all the accessories were very well packaged on a pallet and I haven’t stopped using them since they arrived.

Got my Konnected Komado Joe from these guys which was super easy! Fast shippment, great communication and earned myself £40 of loyalty points from some accessories!

Great range of products, prompt dispatch and delivery. Delivered within the given time frame even to the Channel Islands. Products were carefully packed and arrived in great condition

Great service, fast delivery. They certainly know their stuff about BBQ’s.
My go to store.

Great service and a great product.
This was also made better with a great after sales support

It didn't arrive on the time you stated and I paid extra for that to arrive on that time. Of which I am not happy with.
Also I emailed customer service regarding this product not containing the wire support asking can I please purchase and I am still awaiting for a response. Overall I feel a bit deflated to be honest.
Kind regards John

Good product and fast delivery

From order to receive my kamado BBQ took less than 24 hours without additional cost. Items are well packed and secure, not a single item was missed.

Fantastic company we have bought both the Komado Joe big Joe 3 and the Komado Joe junior. Cannot recommend this company enough. Customer service is outstanding. The cooks on these Komado’s is second to none we are very happy.

Delivered on their word - no issues, well packed - Ordered on the Sunday, dispatched Monday, arrived Tuesday...couldn't have asked for more.

Very quick delivery, fast responses to all of my queries. Would recommend anyone to buy from BBQS2U. Highly knowledgeable and offer loyalty and referral schemes.

I'm well used to Highland delivery surcharges but when I reached out in advance it was same free delivery, just slower - which is all we want up here.

The communications were excellent for the whole order, timely responses, dispatch was quick. The loyalty rewards are great to have.

Even the aftercare has been good. I'm really happy I found somewhere to do my shopping for a big purchase because you never know what you'll get.

I would highly recommend BBQs 2u

Very good information about delivery. All items well packed very pleasant delivery driver.
