Had a small issue which was resolved straightaway .

Arrived really fast.

Quick, responsive, helpful, from first enquiry, follow up, to delivery. Your delivery partner (specifically the driver who came to ours) was excellent. Good humoured, willing and helpful. Thank you

Awesome customer service, I made a mistake on my order and they sorted it quickly. Delivery was really quick too.

Quick delivery and they were in constant communication letting me know when my products would be delivered

I did a lot of research to buy my Kamado Joe and BBQs2u offered by far and and away the best deal I could find either offline or online. I paid less than £2k for a KJ that costs around £2.2k but I also received a cover and two bags of lump woods with a pack of firelighters so exceptional value for money. Plus I got an additional £30 off as it was my first order and I got shop credits to a value of £40 so definitely that best deal anywhere

Would highly recommend, their love chat is an actual person and not AI, answered my questions and went above and beyond and got my new bbq to me the very next day.

All went seamlessly - great communication and delivery on time

The kitchen arrived on time, and was well packed and protected, easy to put together and looks amazing in my new outside kitchen area, it fitted in my pergola perfectly, great job guys.
