Great service... recommended!

Well... I can say, from start to finish, what a great decision to place an order via this site. Many reasons;

1. Lowest price compared to all other online sources for the Landmann charcoal BBQ I bought... although the advertised price didn't include what felt like a HUGE delivery fee, it was still cheaper than anywhere else.
2. The online ordering was simple and straightforward - and the confirmation emails gave me the safety-net (digital) papertrail if anything was to go wrong.
3. Delivery was exactly when expected - although, the only minus point being that the driver didn't call 30 minutes in advance so I spent the whole day waiting in.
4. Product arrived on a pallet and wheeled to the curb, undamaged packaging - expected of course, but always nice to have no imperfections whatsoever.
5. Email follow up thanking me for my business, with some further information and assurances of quality.... nice touch.

As for the BBQ... I've used it a few times already and very happy with it. Can't fault the service and quality of product provided. Thanks!
