Good service, poor product

Ordered a BBQ, and it came with the glass window missing from the lid.
Update: The online email help were very helpful and sent out a new BBQ. this BBQ also had the glass missing. A lid with the glass present was sent after receiving the second faulty BBQ. I cannot fault the customer services, but I was sent 2 incomplete BBQs and was well over a month without one. This was probably the fault of the manufacturer (Landmann) which bbqbarbeques.co.uk needs to resolve, or they will have many more irritated customers in the future.
