It is not the first time I have used Battery Station which offers quality of service which pervades every aspect of the business. The site is easy to navigate and use. The response, even after a Bank Holiday is extremely quick as is the after sales service which is just as speedy in sorting out any minor issues you might encounter, and without fuss. A range of quality products, excellent service, and very good value.

The order arrived quickly and correctly, the batteries all had a good long shelf life and prices are all competitive.

Good prices (better than a particular large online retailer everyone I know uses), quick delivery. All good.

Watch battery at a reasonable price, ordered one evening, arrived the next day (without paying extra for quick shipping.) Good expiry date on the battery (2030.) Excellent.

What a brillant company to deal with I had a slight problem with battery I spoke to customer about a certain battery that was difficult to fit in a torch I had and they sorted out straight away and as a goodwill gesture they sent me a pack of batteries for have dealt with them over several years and will continue to use them

Excellent response to order in terms of price and speed of turn round (same day). Just let down by delivery company, Yodel, who were a nightmare. Yodel took 3 attempts to find my house - just 1 of 12 at my postcode.

I placed an order for urgent delivery, paid extra. It didn't arrive. Instead then it arriving the following day, it did not. Should have been here by 12 noon today, Thu 1 Feb, hadn't arrived. Battery Station do not operate a customer service department where a problem can be discussed by phone. Instead, it's emails and Web forms. OK, they replied quickly but took no responsibility for the failure, blaming the courier. By law, the seller is responsible for the order to the point it us actually delivered. They appear ignorant of this.

I asked for and received a refund for the premium delivery service that failed. The person I communicated with did not grasp that they failed to fulfil contract and considered the refund a favour. I paid for something I didn't get so am ENTITLED to a refund!

If you want a low cost supplier, ok but if you expect delivery in a reasonable time, beware, it may or may not happen.

I don't know what has happened to good solid customer service. The apology was almost grudging the way it was expressed.

All that said, Battery Station have subsequently responded in a much more positive and helpful way so credit to them. Yet again, it is the failure of a contracted party (DPD) who failed to communicate clearly with me. First I was told there was a delay, then given a confirmed delivery slot (for today 8am to 12 noon) only for battery Station staff to eventually intervene and find that the package had not actually left the Manchester DPD depot where a conveyor fault occurred. Quite why this was translated into a delivery slot that could not be met I don't understand.

I have given this review 3 stars now (it was originally just one) because battery Station staff did eventually respond as I would expect.

Will I buy again, probably because the price is great. I'll just order in good time in future.

Ordered pk4 Duracell DL2032/CR2032 Coin Cell batteries (for desktop PC CMOS battery replacement) + pk4 Duracell Optimum AA batteries (for firesafe digital keypad) before 4pm. Paid £2.45 for UK Economy shipping. Total was £9.43, which worked out £4.32 cheaper than buying from a big brand supermarket. Received my order @11:10 next morning via my postman. The DL2032 have an expiry 03/33, and the AA's 03/32. This is my second time using BatteryStation and I will definitely use them again.

Ordered a selection of batteries yesterday and received them this morning. Unbelievable service, especially to Northern Ireland where everything is usually at least 1 day later. Batteries were great with very long shelf lives. Very impressed. Congratulations Battery Station.

Having read lots of reviews, I spent over £60 on Eneloop rechargeable batteries, which were used and stored in ideal conditions and all failed to hold their charge after a very short period of use.
I have had no problem with any other rechargeable batteries of other makes. No offer of any type of compensation, even in part was offered.
One lost customer to both Eneloop and Battery Station.

Re your reply: These questions were not asked of me, only statements and suggestions were made, and reiterated points I had already covered. I would attach your reply but can’t see how to.The batteries were only left for about 8/9 months and I submitted photos of the items I was trying to charge, so you did know the items being discussed. My review was written in January due to not having had the time before, because of a busy run up to Xmas.
Reading all your replies to complaints, it seems to me that it is never the fault of Battery Station and even if it isn’t neither is any empathy ever shown for a genuine loss to the customer……just a suggestion to spend more money on a re-energising charger, which may or may not work.
Even a discounted offer of one of these may have been a nice gesture.
I guess we leave it here.

Ordered thirty LR54 batteries, since they were cheaper (delivered) than “elsewhere.” Shipped in 20 minutes. Delivered the next day. Despite me selecting the cheapest delivery option. Batteries seem to work, and have revived some musical books.

Very efficient and delivered earlier than I expected. Well packed parcel. I wish more companies were as good.

Similar to LFP's review of the 29/11/23 I too found that the option to enter the discount code on today's promotional email was not displayed. By the time I realised there were no more screens to complete the payment had been taken. Upon calling them, their answering system said they do not take calls from personal customers so I had to redial as a business in order to speak to someone. Despite only leaving it 10 minutes from placing the order they said it would be likely too late to stop the order and indicated that there was a drop down box to enter the code but I must have missed it. I was disappointed that nothing was done to remedy the situation as I'd placed an order with them that I wouldn't have done otherwise. As a result I won't be using them again unfortunately.

CR2032 battery not working in key fob

The Energizer CR2032 do not work with Tesla key fob. Had to reorder Duracell CR2032 (better quality) from Amazon, which work fine

Sell rechargeable batteries and battery chargers I haven't been able to find anywhere else. My order has always been delivered very promplty and well packaged.

Placed an order with battery station following a promotional email received 5 minutes prior however the discount wasnt passed on and when calling the office the representative slammed the phone down when asking for the order to be cancelled.

Ordered before 4pm received the next day excellent service 5* 👍

Too many marketing emails so I clicked Unsubscribe and got the message below

"Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite".

I've found the company to be generally good but they are difficult to get hold of. Please read this, guys, and sort out your Unsubscribe process.

Brilliant. While awaiting another battery company (who shall remain nameless) to deliver the items missing from an order, I placed a small order for 100 x Procell MN1500.

What great communication and service from this company. The order is here, properly packed within 48 hours of placing it and the shipping information was absolutely spot on.

Exactly what great service should be.
