I can see that you raised your order 09/07/2026 which was dispatched the next working day 10/07/2026.
On 10/07/2026 we sent an email to the email address on the order stating that the order had been dispatched, along with the tracking reference and the courier it had been sent with.
I have checked the couriers tracking site and it does bring up the details of your order.
Looking at the tracking information it does show that your order missed scans and was not scanned until the day of delivery.
We will be investigating this with the courier to try and understand what happened with your case in order to limit further instances of this happening again.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and any delays caused.

The first item arrived damaged and they…
The first item arrived damaged and they insisted I make a new order and pay again for the shower tray and then the second delivery was “lost” and no one called me from either DX couriers or from Bathroom Takeaway. I am now out of pocket by £500 and being held up on my project which has cost me £250 a day in labour and I have no shower tray coming in the near future. I will never order from bathroom takeaway again. Very unprofessional

I can see that you raised your order 23/06/2026 which was delivered 25/06/2026.
You contacted us 05/07/2026 to advise us that the item was damaged. We recommended that as we required the item to be collected before we could issue a replacement, ordering a replacement would be the quickest option.
On 07/07/2026 you ordered your replacement which was sadly lost in transit. As we require the courier to investigate lost parcels, we were unable to send a replacement until their investigation was completed, which resulted in us issuing a refund.
While we appreciate that this was disappointing, we do recommend that fitters are not booked until you have received the goods and that the goods have been fully checked over.
We sincerely apologise for the delays and will investigate this further with our courier to see what improvements can be mate to limit this from happening again.

Unfortunately the toilet was smashed to pieces upon delivery.
After speaking to customer services they offered a refund or replacement, which isn't very helpful when I've paid for a plumber for the day and now I've got to pay him again when the replacement toilet arrives.

Due to a misunderstanding with a new member of staff, the wrong part was dispatched to you.
You contacted us again 10/07 to say that it was not just the part that was damaged, but the entire item, which we again replaced immediately for you.
We state in our terms and conditions that we are unable to cover plumbing costs associated with delays as we highly recommend ensuring the goods are received and checked over before booking plumbers.
We are sorry for any delays caused by the courier damaging the goods and we will investigate with the courier as to how this happened in order to limit this from happening in the future.
