I would never order anything from you again I checked to see if the delivery could be done 3-4 days it was confirmed I placed the order and them was told it would be delivered the following week. Poor service

Be aware people that when they say KERBSIDE DELIVERY IT REALLY IS KERBSIDE INCLUDING THE PALLET!! Didn't read it properly and I am a pensioner had to ring my sons to come bring it in the house! What a palaver that was!!

I recently purchased a large column radiator from Bathroom Takeaway and couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. I ordered 2 radiators which arrived quickly and were well packaged. One box was slightly damaged but the product was fine inside. The radiators look great and price and guarantee period were better than other suppliers.
I had also ordered the cast iron legs (one arrived in less than 24 hours from ordering!) but then the installer decided they weren’t needed. I returned them and received a refund promptly. All email contact about the return was answered fully and politely. Will definitely order from Bathroom Takeaway again when I replace the other radiators.
