Baskil Window Systems Arvostelua

Great service and advice. Prices were compatible to lesser quality products offered by competitors.

Dermot came out measured window fitters came and fitted perfect unreal job no fuss

We are delighted with our new windows and doors. Dermot is so professional, skilled & has an abundances of knowledge that he helped make our choices on the design and type of door/windows we wanted so simple . Excellent communication throughout the process and the level of workmanship was above and beyond. We can understand how they’re are so highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again have referenced Baskil to many of my friends & work colleagues.

We had a centre pane shattering on a triple glazed unit two and a half years after fitting. On contacting Baskil I had to pay £95 call out fee for examination of the window, which I thought was a bit steep given that no fault could be attached to me, and also given that the company are still fitting windows in the Castlegate Development where we live. I was told that there is no guarantee on inner or outer pane faults at all, but a 5 year warranty on the inner pane. Brendan arrived a week later to measure the unit and returned a week later to install the unit. Brendan was friendly and professional and I would give him 5 stars.

Couldn’t recommend enough Dermot and service provided by the complete team. Delivery date was agreed and windows were installed on the date as agreed. No issue in using Baskil on future project or recommending Dermot for service provided

Great experience from measuring, pricing, and explanation of products.
Fitting was straightforward and seamless. All the work was checked over within 2 days by their quality control team.

Dermot is very informative and easy to work with. We have used him on numerous projects and is always helpful. The project we are using baskil on this time is a large house and very close to Passive standards. The windows are an excellent product and fit within this project very well

Used Baskil for years and always have been professional in their approach, any issue-few and far between have always been promptly resolved

Couldn’t recommend enough.
I dealt with Dermot who couldn’t have been more helpful. Arrived when he said he would which is unusual nowadays and nothing was any bother. His communication was 10/10 and everything from agreeing a price to install went without any issue. Wouldn’t look any further in the future should I require anything.

Ordered a new exterior door from Baskil last month and it was fitted last Friday as planned. A tongue and groove style Thermoshield model, it arrived with pre-fitted locking mechanisms, brass letter box and hardwood frame. Door and frame were factory painted with a red satin top coat to match our front door. The installers, Dan and Pat, were excellent, no-nonsense craftsmen and the pre-delivery measurements by the friendly and professional Baskil rep, Shane Forsythe, were spot on. We’re really pleased with the result. I am happy to award Baskil 5 stars without hesitation based on my experience. Many thanks guys!
