Baskil Window Systems Arvostelua

Baskil completed the windows in our house last year. The quality of both, product and service was extremely good. A special mention to Mairead who we dealt with the whole way through the process. From meeting with us in the showroom to measuring on site, she was extremely helpful.

Anyone thinking of using Baskil, I would have no hesitation in recommending.

We have been dealing with Baskil for about 5 years now. We got our windows and doors from a few other companies prior to this. In comparison Baskils products are of higher quality and reasonably priced.
We have had the same Baskil rep from the beginning and he recently left the company so we were slightly concerned about the prospective change. Dermot our new rep is fantastic! Friendly, knowledgable and nothing is a problem. Dermot sorts our orders and after service and makes the process a pleasurable experience!

Baskil Windows have been a key part of our supply chain for many years. Dermot our rep provides a fantastic personal service. Products are of a great quality. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Baskils for a number of years and I can’t compliment them enough. Dermot the rep I deal with provides a professional service from measuring to fitting within seclude. Highly recommend this company…

I have been dealing with Baskil & their rep Malachy McGahan for many years. Always an efficient, professional & friendly service

I replaced my sunroom windows and doors from double glazed to triple glazed. I cannot believe the difference, the kitchen is so much warmer and I am really pleased with the windows.
What I most liked was the no nonsense stream line service from the company.
Dermot advised me, I ordered the windows and they were fitted about 2 weeks later.
The men that fitted them were also very efficient and worked very hard to complete my sunroom and a bedroom in one day, I was very impressed. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend Dermot and Baskil windows.

Dermot was excellent… We ordered patio doors, windows and a composite door from him. From the first point of contact to work completion Dermot kept us right with the price and made sure we got the correct install. He was very quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend 👌🏻

Got a price literally only 3 weeks ago..Ordered them. Was expecting around Xmas.Literally saved 100s and windows were in in no time.Couldnt fault this company

I have a 300 year listed building which had fallen into ruin. The windows were long gone and HED requested particular types and finishes to be met.
I met Dermot and Robin from Baskil windows and they said they could meet the spec and offered some fantastic solutions. Came in below our budget and they look far better than I ever imagined. The day of fitting the team where down on site and everything went to plan and the guys were great with no hassle’s.
I cannot recommend highly enough. Just fantastic.

To date we have had the most professional engagement with Dermot. He has recently arrived to document a couple of very minor snags and have them resolved. He was recommended by our builder and he has been a pleasure to work with throughout.

I’ve had a great service and experience at the design stage, with a high quality finished product supplied (also good after care at snag stage!).

Great service from start to finish!! Easy to deal with and I’m delighted with the end product. Couldn’t recommend the lads enough.

I am very surprised to see good reviews for Baskil Window Systems. After 2 and a half years I have 4 faulty window handles and 1 that has completely broken off. It would also appear that 3 of my windows wont close completely. Turns out they have only a 1 year warranty and £95 call out charge to inspect. Incredible. I understand why there is a 1 year warranty...they won't last you much longer than that! And then you foot the bill to replace. If I pay to replace these handles now, will I only get another 2 years vefore they need replaced again? Avoid at all costs.

love my new windows from Baskil window systems. The process of having them installed was so easy under the guidance, advice and approachability of Shane. Shane managed the measuring, ordering, delivery and installation with efficiency and professionalism that made me feel comfortable and assured. Pat and Dan fitted the windows, arriving at the pre arranged time, using their expertise, knowledge and skill to do a perfect job with a perfect finish, without leaving any mess or damage to walls. The service provided by Baskils was excellent and I would happily reccomend Baskils and their team ...it was a pleasure doing business 😊

Our experience with Baskil Window Systems was excellent because of the invaluable advice and assistance we received from Graham Taylor. We got to know Graham through Unitek Design Manager Tony and thanks to Graham we have the perfect windows for our new home. We are now recommending Graham to friends and will continue to sing his praises. Thank you Graham - you are welcome to call anytime. Jonathan and Phyllis.

I have used Baskil windows for many years now on all my projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
