Very slow with proceedings
Very slow with proceedings.
Didn't want to look at vital evidence.
Lost value of over half of my claim and had 25% of my settlement for the privilege.
Wish I had changed solicitors early on in my case.
I am sure there are much better solicitors out there.

Not the easiest of leases to deal with
Not the easiest of leases to deal with. Which unfortunately ended with me not proceeding, however, this was at NO FAULT of the solicitors and James who worked tirelessly to try and get communication from the useless landlords solicitor! In conclusion I would have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending Bartletts to carry out the works on a commercial lease. Excellent fee structure, pleasant communications and constant updates. Choose your solicitor wisely or you may end up with one as useless and unethical as the landlords. Thank you James!

Service was good, from both Louise's, only downside for us was the interaction between us and the seller/ estate agents. Our Seller was allowed to prolong the whole experience. We had a very stressful completion as we were sitting outside our new property waiting for keys due to delay in exchange of monies to our sellers bank, according to our estate agent.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible I chased up so many documents and bank statements for them and spent so much time getting the information they said they needed and then they just ignored me completely. Terrible!!! Stay well away I can't take my case anywhere else now because so much time has passed that bartletts wasted. Useless!!
