Bought a whitetail hunter this year
Bought a whitetail hunter this year. Love the bow, called about recommended arrows, and broadheads, for hunting, as they don't work as well as field points. 4+ hours on hold, then they hung up on me, still no answer. Forums have better info, and help. Hope I never have to call them again, could be hours before they hang up on you, like they did me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Shot maybe 30 arrows on new Droptine crossbow and then the string jumped the pulley. Got a RA from Barnett to return it and that was 2 wks ago. I have heard nothing back and cannot get thru to customer service. When I select individual purchaser it transfers me to a dead line with nobody there, I have tried this 10 times with same results. I called back and selected the dealer option which at least got me on hold for someone but eventually selected the call back option. 20 minutes later I got a call back but when I answered after the 2nd ring they hung up without saying anything. WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. If you are thinking about buying a Barnett crossbow and customer service is important to you, I'd suggest you try calling their customer service first and if after that experience you still want to but one then all I can say is buyer beware!
