Barkswell Arvostelua 

Ordered a ball July 12th for my pup, it’s now past a month and no product. Called my credit union filed a complaint and they told me this company is known for this. They have been doing this for awhile now. 6 complaints against this company the past week.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Avoid at all costs! Scammers! Ordered on 6/24 and have sent several emails asking the shipping status with no reply! I am filing a fraud report with my bank!

Thought I'd update my review one year after purchasing the Barkswell hands free dog lead.
This has been the single most useful thing I've purchased after getting my slightly nervous rescue dog. It's robust design has held up well to daily use. The lead gives her enough agency to catch all the good sniffs but the bungee lead gives me control should she get startled by a passing squirrel. The top handle makes loose lead walking comfortable, the bottom handle perfect for closer control when crossing busy roads.
The waist bag is perfect for the holy trinity of dog walking (keys,poo bags, treats) and I use it to tether a long line for walks at the beach etc.
Thought I'd add a pic after one year of daily usage.

Ball popped within the 1st 32 seconds. They promised to send a better 1, then I haven't heard from them since. They will not return any of my messages.
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Getting to think this was a scam.

I ordered the herding ball on June 18th. It still has not shipped and I have not recieved any responses from my emails. No response is unacceptable customer service, and now I am wondering if this is a legitament company.

We have not received the herding ball and they have taken the money for it. Three attempts at contacting them has exacted no response. In fact, the email provided for support bounces back as undeliverable.

I ordered my ball july 12th, its now the 20th and still has not shipped. Co. will not return emails.

I ordered the bungee dog lead for running with my Lab. It arrived the day after I ordered it, well packaged with a handy bowl to clip on it. Great customer service and a quality product, 5 * from me!

Amazing products and the most kind, incredible customer service! We’ve used the belts and leads to run with 3 dogs and to take them hiking, and they have got great durability and design! Would highly recommend.

I have been using Barkswell leads for several years. I love the added extras (the extra handle to keep your dog in close is a very useful feature). I have both the single & double bungee leads. The double is great for 2 dogs as it never gets twisted up & you only need one hand, leaving the other hand free.
Recently my single lead broke at the clip & I remembered I had signed up for the warranty. So I e-mailed Barkswell & they were straight on it & a replacement was sent out via amazon. Amazing service & great communication. Well done Barkswell. Would highly recommend.

I have quite a few leads/balls/and walking belt and cannot praise the quality enough. My dogs are large and strong but the double lead for when walking 2 is brilliant. The bungee lead also works great and protects my shoulder when they suddenly pull or lunge. Had one small issue out of everything we have and the customer service was AMAZING. Never in my many years have I had such quick responses and more than satisfactory solution.
Will recommend to everyone

I bought a single lead version and unfortunately, a few weeks later we broke the clip, not sure how or when this happened but needed a new female part to rectify the problem. I contacted the company and the owner, not only sent me a completely new belt with 2 x leads she also refunded my money!! I am still flabbergasted with the service I received as it was trouble-free and a delight dealing with this company. The product itself is extremely well made, robust and the clip is perfectly strong enough to with hold the greatest of mutts, its a great design and bright with reflective tape for running in darker conditions. There could be some improvements as with anything but these would be more personal improvements to cater to the terrain I run on and the dogs I have. Overall I am happy to give this 5* and will buy another in the future should I need to. Great product. Excellent backup!

Fantastic products, top class customer service! I cannot recommend Barkswell highly enough we have bought a couple of items from them through Amazon, products are top class and customer service is by far the best I have ever known, I will never go anywhere else for my doggie related items from now on
