Great customer service

I had to return the first two cash drawers I purchased from them, and Mike made it easy to do that and to find the right ones and get them to me quickly.

I was not happy when my orders were…

I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status. My customer was unhappy and I was disappointed

Fantastic Service!

Barcode Giant offered the best price for the product we needed. Amazingly fast delivery! -- Our whole office was impressed at how quickly we received our products.

Address on my shipment was incorrect

Address on my shipment was incorrect. Because of this, Fedex delivered my equipment 2 days later than I should have received it. The boxes were badly damaged, some of the parts were missing and also damaged.

About as good as it gets.

We've been working with them for years. Excellent prices, great dedicated service Rep and no issues with returns and exchanges. No need to go anywhere else as far as we're concerned.

Three stars because shipment…

Three stars because shipment confirmation indicate tracking number not available but if you immediately chat with support they will give you the tracking number.

Tracking info should be included in every shipment confirmation.
