Easy to order and arrived within a week or so. You could order off Amazon but with the shipping costs (can't use Prime on these) and longer arrival time quoted, ordering directly from the Band Shoppe website was the same price but faster delivery.

Shipping rates are HIGH
Shipping rates are insane. I got 3 pair of guard gloves and they were put in a polybag and I was charged almost $20 for shipping when they all weigh a pound at most. Please fix the shipping costs.

Thank you for your feedback. Our shipping and handling charges are not built into our product pricing. While gloves may be lightweight, shipping and handling costs are determined by factors beyond weight alone. We appreciate your comments. Amanda - Customer Care Team

There is no reasonable excuse for the shipping charge of my order. If I knew where else to purchase the item - I never would have bought from you. I will be warning others how you rip them off in shipping charges. The lame attempt reply below to say anything doesn't change the unreasonable exorbitant amount THEY (not the shipping company) charge to ship. It's embarrassing they take advantage of kids this way.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that shipping costs can be frustrating. We do not build shipping expenses into our product prices, so those charges are billed separately. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before checkout so customers can review the total cost before completing their purchase. We appreciate your comments and your business.
