Certainly the most amazing site for musicians! Very very wide range of products to choose from, though the delivery could have been faster, over all experience was amazing!

I have had a very good experience with Bajaao. Not only do they have the an amazing range of product which one can choose from but also they are very helpful towards their customers! Definitely recommended!

I ordered a harmonica from bajaao for my brother and it never got delivered. First they took the order and never wrote back to me...after double mails, they wrote back after 8 days of order that it will be further delayed. After this, I didn't hear from them again for another 7 days. I wrote mails again and then they reply back that the order has been cancelled due to delay. Now Its been 3 days and I have still not received the refund. Who knows I will receive or not.Not just this once, It has happened with me another time, when I waited for 15 days and the order got cancelled at last. That was for me so I did not whine that time.
Also , after these disasters, I came to know that many of my friends have bought items from the site and they were all faulty or not working or non-lasting.

One of the coolest sites for Musicians! This is your thing if you need to buy products for your gig or a simple jam, Bajaao is really extremely quick and has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Kudos people!

I ordered on 15 sep. a guitar with an amp. Obviously it was not shipped within 24 hrs as BAJAAO.com claims. After umpteen follow ups they shipped it. Now after 2 weeks Bluedart say that the shipment has been detained by regulatory authority. No email,no phone call yet from BAJAAO.com. i have been calling them madly.3-4times a day,hoping to get correct info on my prod. They say I can not cancel the order now as it has already been shipped. Now im literally stuck. Dont know if i would be able to get my shipment.
If at all i would receive it...i have already developed so many doubts about the product being brand new one.
Kindly use a reliable websites and not BAJAAO.com they have named it BAJAAO.com with a purpose.

Bajaao really helped me big time to get Zoom G2.1NU Guitar Multi Effects Processor, I am so happy with the delivery time, the product packaging, the efforts put in by the team to help me out with the purchase. Ordered an item on August 12.. never received the item. Now i don't need it. Asked many times to cancel the order but no success.

I had a wonderful online shopping experience with Bajaao! Which is why, I felt obliged to share my experience with you people. Bajaao really is the best site there can ever be for musicians! Kudos!

Worst company. Placed an order (# 15567 ) ,Website claims "ships within 24 hrs.". It is 10 days after placing the order, no information. Send many mails but no reply (Except automated). Thinking of taking legal action.

I think Bajaao.com is a great site for all the musicians looking to buy instruments without the hassles of local stores! I have had a great experience with Bajaao and would definitely recommend it to all without any reservations!

I ordered Guitar from Bajaao after reading some positive reviews, and return policy, which sounded promising.
And their site says, product ships within 24 hours.

After 24 hours, I receive a mail from Bajaao saying the product is shipped via Bluedart and a tracking number was provided.
I checked in bluedart site, and the the tracking number doesn't exist.

I checked after 48 hours, and bluedart still says it invalid.
No further communication from Bajaao.

I tried reaching on their toll free number, I get automated voice, and I get no where.
I regret placing an order with Bajaao instead of other trusted Online Providers.
It is starting to get frustrating without knowing any status, after spending such a huge sum of money.

I will never place an order again or recommend to my friend if I do not get any status in next 24 hours which is the maximum I choose to wait.

Providing a fake tracking number which doesn't get updated in the logistic site for 24 hours is not a normal sign.
Please tell customers if it is going to take time to ship and we will be happy to wait.

Mainly 3 issues I have faced.

1. These guys are unreachable via their contact number 1-800-200-6930. All I get is, "all the executives are busy".

2. I ordered Shure PG 42 USB microphone to Hyderabad. It took 11 days to arrive at my address. Till then, I was trying to contact them but facing issue #1.

3. The packing is solid but I have tons of proofs that they have shipped a used product or at least opened one. I see scratches on the cover, case and mic itself !! There was no seal which can confirm my parcel unopened. I doubt if they have shipped me a returned product of someone.

Today i received my Guitar! :)
This is my first purchase from bajaao.com and m really happy and satisfied that i chose Bajaao for shopping my first Guitar. Initially i was skeptical about buying online a product such as guitar, delicate and big in size. when i received my package it was so well packed that it really tool me some time to get hands on F310. Packing so well done there is no chance for your product getting damaged during transit, full marks to Bajaao on this. And yes, delivery to your doorstep is free for any product you buy from them.
the package also contained unexpected surprise. a guitar bag from Bajaao and guitar strap which was of course free of cost. :) and made my day!
As for their customer service, they had been attentive and responded each time i called them regarding the packaging, delivery etc.
also for the pricing, it was lowest i could find on any website.
I am surprised to see such a low rating for Bajaao.com for the genuine product and services that they provide. Based on my experience i will highly recommend this website to anyone looking to purchase MI online.

I purchased a Guitar on Bajaao, after my payment was completed the PayU interface directed me to an empty webpage. Payment was done but order not confirmed. So I immediately sent an email to bajaao helpdesk, they replied within an hour and confirmed by order. Because of this, I started browsing through Bajaao reviews and I was totally freaked out reading consumers problem in delivery, fraud and scam.
But for my order, Bajaao had estimated 12-15 working days but they delivered in 5 working days. Packing was great, everything in great order. I am a fully satisfied Bajaao costumer. People don't usually go to review sites and post good reviews, so anyone trying to read the reviews will see only bad reviews. I had a great experience with Bajaao, I am sure others will have the same too!! :D

I ordered D'addario EZ910 Guitar Strings
It took about 6 days for the strings to reach me.
Image displayed on website was not the same as shipped product. I dint have to tear the seal to open the pack as the glue appeard to be holding it too loose and came out easy.
Built quality appeared to be decent.
After changing the strings, my guitar is producing too mellow sound as if its even lower than nylon strings
and also its producing weird contenious noise from the A5 and E6 strings when plugged in to an amp; unless the volume is kept too low.
Either its a fake set of strings or i have been sent a defected one. I have put Chinese made Alice 206 medium lite now and its working fine.
I did not raise a refund, as the price was not worth the tension. However, this experience may render me skeptical in terms of Bajao.com.
