Sto attendendo un rimborso per un ordine annullato da loro per mancanza di merce da 6 mesi!! A questo punto credo che sia proprio una truffa. Ho scritto decine di mail e provato a telefonare al numero polacco ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta! Indecente e assurdo che abbiano ancora la possibilità di vendere merce nel mercato europeo

Habe Probleme mit meinem gekauften Artikel. Bekomme jedoch keine Rückmeldung auf meine Emails.
Den Service Chat gibt es nicht mehr.
UPDATE: Die Email die bei Trustpilot hinterlegt ist gibt es auch nicht.

Verbrecherbande! Ködern mit Artikeln die nicht lieferbar sind und halten die Rückzahlung ohne Grund zurück. Anfänglich kamen noch fadenscheinige Antworten, dies ist aber auch vorbei.
Auf keinen Fall hier bestellen, man spart hier garnichts!!

Customer care = fake. I sent two e-mails to the e-mails indicated on the Italian website and never received a reply. They show a telephone number on the website but they don't explain that it is a Polish number (no prefix) so if you want to call them you have to pay for an international call.
It seems they are not interested in closing my purchase: I will place the order on another website.

Eine der schlechtesten Einkaufserfahrungen online: Man kann per Chat einen Preis verhandeln. Das hat vermeindlich funktioniert. Nur der Rabattcode dann nicht. "Ein Experte meldet sich bei Ihnen per Email" heißt es jetzt seit Tagen auf nachfragen. Keiner meldet sich. Die Telefonhotline besteht aus einer polnischen Bandansage. Wirklich ein nerviger Zeitfresser. Aber wahrscheinlich besser diese schlechte Erfahrung schon vor dem Kauf zu machen als wenn das Geld erst mal abgebucht ist. 👎

Péssimo site para compras, após fazer a compra não enviam nenhum email de confirmação nem existe nenhuma maneira de seguir o estado da encomenda após 4 contatos com o apoio ao cliente a resposta era sempre a mesma sim temos a sua encomenda mas vamos pedir para um especialista entrar em contacto consigo o q por sua vez nunca aconteceu tive de cancelar e pedir o reembolso no centro de resoluções do PayPal, péssimo site fujam.

This company is a real joke. I ordered 2 nursing bras on 29th September, paid 80EUR. Till now (10th December) I don't have neither the items nor the full refund (after making a note at Czech business inspection, they send some 30EUR). I contacted the online customer service some 10 times, wrote some 5 mails... never replied.

My only advice is to order anywhere else to avoid a horrifying experience.

Waited for my order for 3 weeks no one could tell me the delivery date. Just keep waiting. I asked to cancel my order and now still waiting for cancelation and getting money back for 2 days.

I have ordered a baby room and some furnitures in august, from babyland.pl and paid 500 PLN transportation cost to receive it in France.
The delivery time is about 25 to 30 working days.
Now we are mid october, I have no feedback regarding the status of my order except from the chat "your order is in process, someone will contact you to let you know the status of the delivery" since more than 3 weeks. This is really a pity. At least, the customer care should let us know that they are delays and/or give us an approximate date of delivery.
I have asked for the cancellation and refund of the room so I can buy a new one because baby is coming in a few days and I have literally NOTHING because I was happily waiting for the ordered room.
Now I have spent more that 1000 EUR for a room which I will I guess never receive... and hopefully I will get my money back...
A very bad experience I do not recommend!

Schlechtester Kundenservice! Bitte nichts bestellen. Mein Reifen des Kinderwagens in der Garantiezeit defekt. Nach fast 4 Monaten noch kein neuer Reifen da. Kann den Kinderwagen wegwerfen! Ist fast Betrug!!!! Finger weg! Lizenz gehört dem Laden entzogen!

Var lidt betænkelig efter at have læst andre anmeldelser herinde, men valgte alligevel at købe en baby jogger CE2 + tilbehør, som stod som 'på lager', en søndag aften. Efter ikke at høre fra dem hverken mandag, tirsdag eller onsdag bliver jeg nervøs, men pludselig torsdag får jeg besked at varen er afsendt, og mandag morgen får jeg den leveret på adressen. Så 8 hverdage fra bestilling til levering, og flere tusinde kroner sparet 🤩 Det er ventetiden værd 👍
Chat-kundeservicen på hjemmesiden er yderligere super hurtige og hjælpsomme.

Bei Bestellungen wurde eine Lieferzeit von bis zu 30 Tagen angegeben.. Ok nach 5 Wochen per Mail angefragt, wann ich mit meiner Bestellung rechnen könnte. Keine Antwort. Zum Glück hab ich per Paypal bezahlt! Hab den Fall an PayPal weitergegeben, plötzlich bekommt man die Info das die Bestellung storniert wurde. Kein Kommentar. Geburtstermin rückt immer näher und dank der Internetseiten keinen Kinderwagen.

Soy polaca viviendo en España. Como es una empresa polaca, conozco las marcas que tienen y son de la alta calidad, cosas seguras y con certificados, nada malo o chino que suele pasar. Tambien mis amigas en Polonia compran alli y estan muy contentas, por eso, me decidi hacer un gran pedido en esta tienda a España (cuna, colchón y muchisimas cosas para el bebe). La verdad es que tenía un poco de miedo, como me iba a llegar todo eso - en que estado, ya no por parte de la empresa pero por el parte de los trasportistas. Ya sabemos como tratan los paquetes. Entonces en el pedido marque - por favor envolvermelo muy bien para que nada se estropeé.
Los paquetes llegarón sin ningun retraso (eran 3), primer dia me llegarón 2 paquetes (cuna y colchon) y al día siguente - ultimo - con cosas para bébe.
Lo envolvieron super bien, todo estaba muy bien protegido.
Estoy muy muy contenta, es una empresa 100% fiable, con cosas serias de calidad. Me enviaron todo en menos que una semana, todo bien protegido.
Además te envían emails - confirmación, cuando ha salido el pedido de ellos y con el numero de seguimiento- lo tienes todo controlado.
Si algo, tienen un chat y puedes preguntarles si tienes algunas dudas.
No entiendo algunas opiniones malas que he leido aqui, pero claro, los clientes satisfechos no suelen poner opiniones buenas, pero los que no son - si.
Yo por mi experiencia y de mis amigas en Polonia estamos super contentas! Buena tienda con calidad.

Worst online shopping experience ever!
I ordered a troller. Then I received an email saying that my order had been canceled. I was waiting for reimbursement and looking for another troller elsewhere. One week later, they sent the troller without asking me if I was still interested.
I received the troller and found out it had a big fault which was very dangerous for my baby. I tried to make a claim via the chat. They always said that somebody from customers service would contact me be they never did.
I also filled several times the form online for claim but still no answer.
After 10 days I looked for a contact email and sent my claim there. A guy answered and told me to pack the troller and DPD would come within 3 days to pick up the parcel. Nobody came. I sent emails to tell them that and used the chat again several days but nothing. After sending more that 10 emails another person answered. She said she would arrange another attempt of pickup. DPD didn't came. I spent a month sending emails to babyaisle and making phone calls to DPD to finally get a pickup.
Two weeks after I still didn't get the refund. So I sent another email. They told me the didn't see what was wrong with the troller. Thank god I took pictures of the fault. I sent it to them. Still had to contact again a week later because I didn't receive the refund. Finally I got the refund more than 2 months after purchasing!

Allerdings sucht man nach Kundenservice vergebens.
Ich habe eine Woche vergebens auf eine Antwort vom Verkäufer gewartet.
Im Chat auf der Webseite wurde mir zweimal geschrieben, dass sie mein Anliegen weiter leiten und sich so schnell wie möglich melden werden.
Dies ist nie passiert!

This shop is a joke... I have ordered mattress to my baby cot in middle of December... It is nearly end of January and I haven't received it... no one even been so kind to contact me to inform that my order won't be delivered at all... Highly unprofessional... No recommendation from me!

Ich habe bei diesem Anbieter einen Cybex Kinderwagen für einen extrem niedrigen Preis bekommen.Ich war zunächst skeptisch ob es klappt, da ich einige negative Kommentare im Internet gelesen habe. Kurz nach der Bestellung habe ich eine Email-Bestätigung bekommen und der Kinderwagen kam nach 3 Tagen aus Polen unversehrt und unbeschadet an.
Ich kann den Shop bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Waited 2 months for the black friday. The code for sale doesnt work and they tell you they have issue. Issue is that its a scam and they dont do big sales in German shop. In polish shop you can totally see sales.

I ordered a baby stroller, it was fine but I confused the colour and my partner wanted to return it - which we did with no problem.

Delivery, and collection for the return, was all fairly prompt.

Stroller was good... just wrong colour apparently.

Ordered a buggy.
Chat when ordering seemed responsive.
Asked for delivery tracking number to be sent on as had problems with other deliveries and that delivery. They sent on once they had.
Package shipped after a week and arrived a week later.
Quality as expected
