What can I say… the refund took over 3 weeks! When I emailed enquiring where my refund is, I had a reply informing me that the refund was withheld due to 2 pet hairs found. I doubt I would have received the refund if I did not contact them! Sh*t show of a company

Never have I dealt with such a shoddy operation as this lot. Firstly, the item was horrendous. Inaccurate sizing & abysmal quality. Obviously I returned it immediately. They don't supply a returns label so it was at a cost to me (despite how bad it was) No acknowledgment of receipt of the item (thankfully I sent it tracked because I just had a feeling), no contact, no email. Eventually the refund showed up in Paypal via ECHEQUE! So I had to wait over 10 days for the funds to clear, at which point I found that they had withheld part of the refund, presumably due to their "policy" that if they deem it not to be in the same condition they sent it, they can penalise you £10! I put it over my head (well tried to), obviously trying the crap on is deemed unacceptable. I don't even have the patience or energy to contest it at this point. Live & learn... Anyway, do yourself a favour & steer clear of this circus of a company. There are so many better niche clothing brands out there that actually care.

I ordered a top and had an issue with a misprinted graphic. Emailed customer service, and Alice A got back to me quickly and immediately solved the issue with a replacement at no cost to me. I've been buying Bad Monday for a while and this is the first time I've had a problem - impressed with the response! Will be back. Thank you!

Ordered a shirt at double the price I usually pay but thought "Hey I'll treat myself". It's been 8 days and it's not yet been dispatched. No communication on lack of stock/issues etc. I have emailed them regarding this and am awaiting a response.

I've ordered shirts from loads of places in larger sizes cause I'm tall and like shirts to feel longer, everywhere I buy from they're just incredibly wide and not long enough at all, BadMonday clothes fit perfectly how I want, plus their designs are 10/10, after ordering one shirt I ordered 4 more just to be sure and they all fit exactly how I want, long and not wide! If you're tall or like longer fit then definitely order

Quality of t-shirts has gone downhill massively, spent more than £60 on just two t-shirts just for all the print to come off them within like a week. Absolute scam.

For £30 the quality of the TShirts are absolutely terrible.... I wouldn't pay half the cost if I'm being honest. The material is awful and you can tell it'll fade to that awful orange tone within a handful of wear not to mention the print itself is on par with what I'd expect from a cheap Chinese market stall.
Far better quality elsewhere. Order returned. Will not be buying from here again.

Furchtbarer Kundenservice! Einmal und nie wieder! Versandkosten werden nicht erstattet bei Rücksendung/Reklamation der Ware. Somit muss man doppelte Kosten bei Versand in Kauf nehmen. Ich werde hier definitiv nie wieder bestellen!

Quality designs, but really poor printing.

I love the designs but the printing quality is poor. After as few as 5 washes I could start to see the print peeling and cracking. Now at about 15-20 washes and it's really poor. It's already at the point that I don't want to wear the t-shirt out as it looks cheap and tacky. Real shame.

Prices have gone up quality has gone down. Sizing is all over the place and t shirts don’t have the same quality feel. Always loved Bad Monday clothing but return my recent order as just not happy with the extra cost for less quality

Quality has gone down hill massively over the years. Of course like everything else, their prices have gone up (which is expected) but for some reason their actual print quality has gone down also. Previously you could wash the shirt fine in a washing machine. Now they just come off which leaves you with a shirt ruined.

It’s a shame because their actual designs have gotten a lot better, and looking at the website you’d think they’re fairly priced until you see and feel the print.

Couldn’t be happier with the product and service for my the company! Had multiple deliveries from them and they’ve always been quick to respond if I needed to amend orders or have questions regarding a return. Not sure why people complain about delivery times when they are clearly quoted at point of sale? I think everyone is so used to chain company’s with next day delivery they forget family/friend ran companies don’t have the same sort of power as the mass company’s. Give me a slightly longer wait from an independent quality ran company any day!

Ordered a size small zip hoodie, which ended up actually being about size extra large and swallowed me whole. Got a refund for the cost of the item, but was not covered for the initial shipping or sending the item back.

Parcel was delivered to a neighbour I specifically asked to not deliver to and my parcel was stolen. The shop refuses to take any responsibility or help

Always exceptional service. Currently in conversations with them about my black friday order which Evri have 'lost in transit.' Replies are great, team are being super helpful. Offering me a potential replacement if stocks are still available. Great quality brand, clothing keeps its colour and quality.

Very poor service and customer service. Emailed twice and sent dm with very little response. Placed an order on 8 December and it's still not arrived. Won't be purchasing from here angain and certainly won't be recommending them.

They claim to dispatch within 1-3 working days. My order was shipped 9 working days after it was placed. It is now 22 days later and the item has still not been delivered. Terrible customer service! I have sent them four emails, not one of them has been answered.
