I ordered a record though them, it never came. They worked with me to try and find it and easily gave a refund before I could even ask when they couldn't find where it went.

I placed an order through the nine inch nails uk store and hadn’t received an update in a few days on the order status. I decided to contact customer service to follow up and check to make sure everything was ok with the order (items weren’t sold out, back ordered etc). I was contacted back by Isla within less than an hour, and they ensured my order was being processed and would be shipped within a few days. This may not seem like much, however more and more I feel like this level of customer service is disappearing. I don’t expect anyone to bend over backwards to please me, however sometimes a kind and prompt response can make a large impact in an online shopping experience, and I truly appreciate it. Needless to say, I will absolutely use the site again. Knowing they use a company like backstreet merch, that provides a personal level of customer service like this, absolutely gives me peace of mind.

2 and a half months of repeatedly being told my order would be dispatched “in a few days” and they have just cancelled it as apparently there’s no stock. Disappointing as there is nowhere else to get the official merch for this artist and I am reluctant to order something else only to be let down again.

The product itself is pretty awesome sauce :) However the delivery came like a month and a half later than when I ordered it. So that wasn't great. Not good either. Pretty bad if I'm honest. But the customer service was helpful when I contacted them so that is good. In fact, I would say it was great. Heck it, I got to say it was awesome sauce. So yeah, product good, delivery bad. Am 28.09.2022 zwei Coldplay T-Shirts im offiziellen Store gekauft. Seitdem ist...nix passiert. Keine Mail, dass sich die Lieferung verzögert oder sonstwas. Auch auf meine Mail hin keine Reaktion. Selbst, als ich das über Paypal per Käuferschutz gemeldet habe, kommt einfach null Reaktion. Ein Kundenservice zum Vergessen! Und im Shop steht nix, ob es sich um Pre-Order oder etwas in der Art handelt. Das Firmen mit so einer Philosophie überhaupt noch bestehen können. Lasst bloß die Finger davon. Ich möchte einfach nur mein Geld zurück, denn das habt ihr natürlich schon eingesackt!!

Isla was so quick to respond to my email… it’s 1:30 am where I am located, and I know there may be quite a time difference there, but Isla was so helpful in answering my questions and was flexible to accommodate my needs.

This was an order via Rory Gallagher's website for one of his T Shirts there where other sites selling similar T Shirts but I thought it might be safe to use the official website? WRONG!!! This company handle all merchandise from Rory's website and delivery in the UK is given as 2-5 days which is false advertising (Well in my case) I order this specific item in August 22 for an event we where going to in September 22 which was highlighting Rory Gallagher and his music, as this date was fast approaching I was getting concerned ( 3 weeks) that I had not received my item after nemerous emails a woman named Emily used all kind of excuses as to why I had not received my items?? From Suppliers, postal strikes etc etc?? Anyway the event came and went 😡😡 The next thing was to try and get my money refunded which again after numerous emails to: Isla, Marco & Victor to weeks and weeks!! Finally on the 12th October my money was refunded. A bit of advice if you are after any music merchandise etc and you see this companies name who are handling the delivery of the merchandise keep well away as you will not get it in the timescale they advertise.
