Had a tiny problem with a parcel that got wet in transit and the customer services team sent out a replacement product immediately. Felt compelled to write as I bought some Miri sticks for slide we have and the ones we ordered didn't fit. I happened to write a note in the return and by magic I saw a new parcel notice come through. Babipur had seen my note and immediately diagnosed the issue and sent me another version of the sticks proactively with no fuss and they fit! Great customer service and proactive troubleshooting on my product! Thanks!
