Broadband for the Rural North Arvostelua

What a relief it was to go from 4Mb to a 1Gb connection, no more waiting for things to load!
The whole experience with B4RN was good from start to finish and the two occasions I did have to call them I was pleasantly surprised to talk to a knowledgeable person who sorted my problems very efficiently.
I think the most impressive part was the "can do" approach to all difficulties, which I believe is the key to their success.

B4RN did a brilliant job in guiding me how to disconnect my existing Sky broadband connection and taking over our land line whilst retaining our existing telephone number and email address. Overall cost saving was more than £60 per month!

A very helpful company with the very few problems I've had over many years

Maintaining connectivity in austere conditions, well done!

I would highly recommend B4RN what a great team. I felt supported throughout the whole process, dealing with professional humans … not AI, who were so knowledgable and thoughtful. The bonus is that the broadband speed is amazing. Thank you for everything x

Excellent broadband speed that has made such a difference to being able my coaching UK wide and From West Coast American Continent to India.

Any faults are looked at promptly with repairs up and running in the sort of time that Open Reach could never achieve in their wildest hopes.

Great speedy response to adding broadband
Engineers were very helpful

B4RN is just great reliable cheaper than the big players

Reliable and fast

BARN provide an excellent service to local communities. Connection was straightforward, the staff are really helpful if you have any queries and the communication from BARN is always timely and relevant.
We have had no problems at all and would highly recommend.

Customer service that's it , excellent support !this is my first experience of Barn and I am not disappointed it puts other companies in the shade when it comes the positiveness of all interactions with the customer.
Keep up the good work

B4RN is reliable, delivers fast connection speed and is well priced.

Excellent, lightning fast, affordable, reliable, community driven internet connection. Keep it up!

Excellent Service and Helpline. Ian in particular was knowledgeable, informative and took time to explain the problem, along with creating a solution. B4RN fibre network on a rural community is so vital. To put things in perspective I have more speed and bandwidth in to my rural home that the multi million pound company I work for!!

We have been lucky enough to have had B4RN for 12 years now. I can honestly say it’s the best internet provider I have ever had. It’s so quick and amazing value for money. We had one issue over the years with a piece of equipment and it was immediately dealt with by friendly and helpful staff. I can’t praise enough!
I love that it’s a community project. That we all came together to dig for it and everyone helped. The bigger picture of ensuring rural communities have connection and information-
Just brilliant.

There’s no question about recommending B4RN. You will never regret it.

Good info from work crew and updates about progress

Reliable
Affordable
Very few / no outage

High speed delivered at very reasonable cost; very responsive to questions and problems (eg when local farmer accidentally dug through cable !) I love the community nature of it.

Extremely helpful team should you need assistance with any issues. Good service and local volunteers will come out to assist if necessary. Happy with the B4RN set up.
