Broadband for the Rural North Arvostelua

We like the ethos of the company. The installation was trouble-free, and we have had no trouble with the service since we went live. We occasionally hear of problems when farmers dig up cables and so on, but these are apparently dealt with rapidly. The broadband speed is much faster than we were used to, and on the odd times when I have contacted B4RN I get straight through to a real person. Keep it up!

Great communication, great system. Really helpful having someone on the end of a phone if needed with no chatbot preventing you from resolving any issues.
Significantly cheaper with VIOP and better speeds altogether.

I was in at the beginning, helping lay cable in our village.service has always been reliable, and help where needed. A big plus, is that if you ring the helpline, try something, then need more help you will often get the same person, no need to tell the whole story again. But really it's been very reliable.

Flawless service. Good communication well in advance of any maintenance / offline periods which are always in the middle of the night - and infrequent - so there's no disruption to our use.

I have the highest regard for B4RN. We are a small Parish in Norfolk and B4RN supported us as we raised the finance to create our own Hyperfast broadband connection. They really are all incredible. The connection itself is faultless and even when a contractor went through our fibre it was patched in a matter of hours, so that we didn't lose working time. (Big thanks to David Evans). Every rural community with poor connections should partner with B4RN should. You will never regret it.

Good fast broadband if you're next to the router however they haven’t updated thier routers since installation around 10 years ago.

The best Internet connection we have ever had in our village, good price, excellent customer service

Very helpful experienced team.
Always act
Fantastic delivery speeds
Equipment works faultlessly

Excellent company. Been with them from the start and they have never wavered. Amazing, friendly service

The only way for us to get fibre broadband to our property - excellent service from installation to ongoing support

Very happy with B4RN - no problems with installation and post connection communications and assistance where required. If only other organisations could be so helpful

Fantastic Broadband. High speed, reliable, and always someone to help at the end of a phone if needed.

The signal often falls out without warning or any apparent reason

After too long with BT B4RN have been helpful and responsive by comparison.

Customer service is the best thing about B4RN. If you need help they are there for you on the other end of the phone and they follow up with help until your problem is resolved. Great people.

They responded quickly when I contacted them of a fault. All sorted within a couple of hours.

I am really impressed with the service from B4RN
Any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively and the communication from their office is first class . The fact they are local supports the confidence I have them. The quality of the Internet is excellent.
Would highly recommend this broadband provider.

Easy set up. Competitive price. Community based provider.

A great service, high speed, reliable and when a cable was accidentally cut they were there within a couplevof hours to repair it.

Excellent value, great service and reliable
