So far so good. Seller was very helpful when I was confused over the packaging and the radio model I’d purchased. The radio itself appears very good. Switched it on, it instantly scanned all the stations and after a minute or so I’m listening to it. You do have to read the manual to fully understand the operation and how to save presets etc. but nothing too complicated. Radio sounds good as well. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Just purchased a Zenith Z4 (CD player, DAB+ radio, boom box style) for my daughter to take to University. I had previously bought an Azatom Dab+ radio and thought it was fantastic and that's why I chose them again. Now sorely tempted to get a Zenith Z4 for myself. Looks and sounds lovely for such a small unit; and for under £60 what more can you ask for? Just registered it for an extended 3-year warranty which hopefully I won't need to take advantage of.

Had a problem with my Classic VI. Emailed for advice & heard back from Simon Taylor within a working day. When the problem persisted, Simon offered a replacement if I sent the faulty model back. Job done!

Arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Great looking radio with clear instructions on how to set up preset radio channels on FM or DAB. Easy to use. I now have 3 Azatom radios which are spread around my house. They are great value for money.

Very fast delivery even though royal mail made it slower. We've had the Azatom TrinityD3 for a while now and it has been great. Trying alarm clocks now. Hope just as good. Sound quality is great.

The product initially impressed me for the price. Sound quality was better than expected, especially over HDMI ARC, and for a while it felt like good value.

Unfortunately, my Azatom Elite AT1 soundbar has now developed a fault and my experience with after-sales support has been very disappointing. I have tried to contact support regarding the warranty but have not received a response.

In hindsight, the warning signs were there from the start: I also emailed twice with a query during delivery and did not receive a reply then either.

That is the main issue for me: not just the fault, but the repeated lack of response when help is needed. I am still open to resolving this directly with Azatom, but at the moment the support experience has seriously reduced my confidence in the brand.

Perfect little radio. Unobtrusive but sounds fine.

Really quick delivery, arrived the morning after placing the order. So far, I am very impressed with the radio. Easy to set up and organise presets. It has a warm comfortable tone and the volume is perfectly adequate for our needs in a large kitchen. We haven’t yet tried Bluetooth streaming but I am sure it will be fine. Overall, very pleased with the AZATOM multiplex D20.

It was very easy to register fkr the extended warranty

This is a great radio, the sound quality of the Blackfriars DAB+ is loud, clear and great. The build quality feels very robust. Multiple presets, Bluetooth and an Aux connector (cable is included in the box) make this a fantastic all rounder.
The Azatom website is easy to use for registration of the product and registration gives you 3 years of warranty.
I think overall I'm struggling to find fault with the company or the product. I'd love to say something negative to keep this review balanced, but after using the radio over the weekend, I can genuinely not find an issue or nit picking point of frustration.
Overall a great radio, experience, and company.

Very impressed with the clock alarm. Just the right size to sit on my bedside table. Great sound quality from such a petite apparatus. Would certainly recommend to friends and great value for the money.

They do not answer their phones or reply to their emails.

Prompt communication from Simon, Warehouse & Logistics Manager when I had a problem with my radio. Excellent delivery service, great little unit , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Just purchased as a replacement for an old unit. Had previously bought a pocket DAB radio from Azatom so knew was good quality. Delivered quickly. Easy to set up. Have not tried all the parts of the Hifi yet but DAB+ sound quality is better than expected for a "budget" system.

Cannot praise Azatom highly enough! Brilliant product, robust, built to last, & sounds amazing. For what you get, the price point is phenomenal. Soooo impressed with the whole experience. Cannot praise highly enough! As the title says, Beyond Superb!!!!

This is my second azatom radio, very happy with the classic model, hence why I went with the desire 2.
Lovely little radio for, bathroom, bedroom, garden.its exactly what I wanted, sound is great, maybe small but brilliant little radio 👍
