Ayrton Bespoke Arvostelua 

Customer service provided by Ayrton is horrendous. I chose them based on reference sites in my area, despite their being considerably more expensive than other quotes. I was given a long lead time to receive the windows, but decided that I would go ahead anyway as I expected a quality product/service given the prices.

Sadly delivery of the product went from and estimated 14 - 16 weeks, to 25 weeks. There were no updates from Ayrton at all until I called to find out what was going on.

Once they eventually arrived, the installation team were great. Efficient, good at what they did and very tidy. Sadly, they were not able to finish the job as the sills in one of the rooms were the wrong size. 2 months on and I am still waiting for them to come and finish. My bedroom is a mess, exposed brick and expanding foam on show and I keep being fobbed off by Ayrton. I should point out that they demand full payment in order to carry out the install, so I have no leverage and hence they are constantly fobbing me off. I am now at the point where I am going to seek legal advice.

We have now completed the second phase of replacing all of our windows via Ayrton and are delighted with the outcome. The most recent work has been to replace a bay window and smaller window on the first floor. Everything went like clockwork and from the minute Josh arrived with his team we felt in very good hands. He kept us informed, dealt with any queries, including checking a couple of issues with our front door which was installed last year. All was good and we had complete confidence. As a result our windows not only look great but their installation has made a significant impact on how we use the house. Its warmer, quieter and the windows and shutters make us the envy of the street! Thank you to the whole team, to Josh and Nicola (who ran the operation from the office and updated us) in particular who have been great. Thanks also to MD Liam for his personal touch…here’s looking forward to a similar experience on phases 3 and 4

I found Ayrton a good company to deal with - friendly customer service, beautiful windows and an excellent professional team of installers. The process is neither cheap nor quick - it took over 6 months between paying 50% deposit and the windows being installed and once the date was confirmed we had to pay full amount before installation. This so far has proved worth it in the treatment and quality of the finished product. We hope to enjoy for many years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend them. ET

Ayrton installed windows in five of our rooms and it has been a good experience. The installers are tidy and the sales and aftercare team efficient. The windows look like the ones they replace so fit the style of the house, but they are so much more efficient. I think our fuel bills will benefit significantly. A classy service.

We are very pleased with our new bay window. We have used Ayrton before and they didn’t disappoint this time. The team fitted the windows in the July heatwave and did a great job despite the weather. We had to wait a few months for the windows to be fitted but that aside everything went very smoothly and we will use Ayrton without hesitation again in the future.

I would like to record how pleased we are with the quality of Ayrton's recent installation of 6 downstairs windows (including one large bay) at our house in Chiswick - a follow on order to one placed 6 years ago for 5 windows on the upper storeys and which still look as good as new. The new windows were fitted within a week and match the colour, quality and design of the previous ones perfectly.

We would particularly like to thank the excellent installation team (John and Christian) whose general expertise was accompanied by great attention to detail and customer care. Their politeness, behaviour and constant good humour meant they were always pleasure to have on site. Thanks also go to Nicola at head office and Giedrius the surveyor for their services. Such staff are a great advertisement for Ayrtons whom we are happy to recommend.

Our replacement french windows and kitchen window were fitted efficiently. The courteous efficient team. turned up on time and kept to the planned schedule. They took pride in their work and we highly recommend this company.

We ordered a front door from Ayrton, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The door exceeded our expectation and it's just fantastic to look at it every day. The fitting team is friendly and efficient as well. The reason of giving only 4 star is the customer service. The door needed adjusting 2 days after it was fitted, and we rang straight away. However, the customer service is not the most organized person, we were promised call backs but never happened. Long story short, it's a few weeks later that we finally got the fitting team around and sorted everything out.

I would definitely recommend Ayrton to everyone - you won't be disappointed - the quality and design are just superb. It's certainly better than the other bespoke door company we consulted. However, a bit of patience is needed.

Customer service & after care is exceptional from Ayrton, turn around time is excellent . Thank you Ayrton Southfields SW18 for helping out today and looking forward to having windows at the front of the house replaced very soon .

I have just spoken to someone from Ayrton doors and I cannot believe how rude he was. I asked their opening times for tomorrow as I needed to purchase a front door and he literally sad 'why didn't you just google it'

The design service and installation of our sash windows was excellent. We are delighted with the finished product. The fitters were very professional, clean and finished the fitting & paintwork to a very high standard.

Am I happy with my windows? YES! Am I happy with the customer service provided by Ayrton? NO.
I chose Aryton from a recommendation. They were much more expensive than other quotes I recieved but they had a short lead time and with the recommendation, I felt it was worthwhile.
Sadly the leadtime nearly doubled from 12 weeks to 5 1/2 months. During this process the team were not good at communicating with me, despite my best efforts to chase them.
I cannot fault the installation team. They were efficient, tidy, respectful, and very good at their job. However, they were not able to finish within the initially planned time frame, and 2 months down the line I am still waiting for them to come and finish. And nobody is answering my emails.
For the (high) price, I think you can definitely get better service elsewhere.

Fabulous experience with this company from start to finish. Our stained glass door is glorious we’ve had passerby knocks on our door asking where we got it from- lots of door envy!
The whole team at Ayrton were patient and supportive; leading us through the whole process from site visits to installation.
Don’t hesitate, we looked at lots of other companies and do not regret our decision to go with Ayrton. WE love coming home to our beautiful door.

Ayrton Bespoke fitted new French doors in our kitchen last month and I would highly recommend Ayrton. From the outset the team were very professional and their showroom is a really useful place to see the quality of their work and ask questions. Nick came round shortly after to measure up and quote and the work was done on time with minimal disruption. Not only are the doors of a high quality, there are no longer draughts, and they have opened up the kitchen and let in loads of light. Very pleased.
