Awesome Merchandise 

I have been a customer of Awesome Merchandise for many years so I am extremely disappointed by the poor service I am experiencing. I ordered and paid for 50 pairs of drum-sticks (nearly £200) for my small business at the beginning of August 2022. It’s now November and still no sticks. My requests for a refund are being completely ignored and no-one will answer the phone or emails. A disgusting way to treat your customers! (order no. SO384083)

The cards arent cut properly, the way I assigned them during the initial draft. The paper quality is good

Very quick and reliable service. Great communication throughout and they beat the deadline by a few days. Good quality shirts and printing

Have been really good in the past but placed an order at the start of September, was told at start of October that they were getting stock in, still not received order. Can’t get in touch with them on phone and not had a response to an email sent either

I placed an order several weeks ago, when it arrived it contained another customer's order. I have tried to make contact several times to resolve this with no response. I am concerned that someone else now has my designs which I have spent time designing and likewise I'm sure the customer who's order I now have feels the same.
There appears to be nobody to answer phone calls as I have been trying for 3 days now. The last email conversation I had to 6 days for a response.

Update: A week since this response and I have heard nothing further.
8 business days since I made Awesome Merch aware that I received the wrong order and there has been no attempt to resolve this.

Ace! Excellent quality vinyl stickers, colours really pop and proof sent over promptly. Stickers in hand in less than a week.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Put in the order on 2nd august. Paid on 8th August. It's now 2nd November and still haven't received our order. Awesome Merch gives vague, unclear, sporadic updates. Impossible to get decent and consistent customer service. Turns out they're in administration. Do not put in an order. You might never receive it.

Quick turnaround and great price. I have used AM for years now. Hope they bring back 2.5cm badges soon though.

Shocking service. Took 3 months for the product to arrive, went into administration during this time.
Ordered end of July, arrived last week (end of October)

I am in the process of fighting with Awesome Merchandise through the bank to get my money back from an order I placed in May and cancelled in September but haven't heard anything or received a refund from them. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Placing an order with them is a toss-up whether it'll be fulfilled or not, so I'd suggest ordering elsewhere for peace of mind.

So disappointed in Awesome Merchandise! I have always had trust and support in their work but a small part of my order is missing - it has not been delivered and even though it’s only a small price it was important for me and my work! I have been trying to get hold of them for 2 weeks, waiting patiently for an email response and there is no people answering the phones. Such a shame!

Really disappointing. Used to be great a year ago but quality and customer service send to be non existent.

Business cards are so off center despite it being a repeat order of a design that was printed perfectly last time, that I dare not give them out if I want people to actually take my business seriously.

Not only that but I'm missing 1000 postcards that are printed but just haven't been posted to me for nearly a month.

They've closed off all their social media accounts so that your can't message them there and getting any form of meaningful response to my request to actually send me my order via phone or email is a futile endeavour even though they relentlessly send out marketing emails!

Really let down and currently in limbo as to if I'll actually get my items or I've just given them money for nothing.

Update: finally sent them out on the day they answered my email (12 days after I sent it) postcards are fine although I had to quality check them and discard the damaged ones. Just waiting on a response to my business cards...

Update 2: I had already sent them an email about my business cards on the 1st of November (so before they had commented here). Heard absolutely nothing back (now 20th of November). Seems like they have replied on here and then just given themselves a pat on the back at a job well done/case closed.

Put a order through over 2 weeks ago. Didn't receive it. Sent two emails since to try to get some information about my order- 5 days later still no response. Not happy. Order: SO390908

*Turns out my item was never sent out but sent back to the company for some reason. Am now waiting for my order to be sent out again. Have to leave the review at 1star, purely for the lack of communication. The delay could have been circumvented had I been provided with the tracking number in the 1st place.

I ordered some custom sized packaging headers and a custom shaped vinyl sticker deal and can’t be more happy with the results; I received a proof of my orders the same day and the products arrived by the end of the week! I couldn’t get the headers made at my specific dimensions anywhere else and they fit perfectly. Very happy with the service from start to finish, the customer service and artwork team were very helpful and made sure my artwork was up to scratch and the finished items are great!

I've put in 3 orders over the last few months and they were extremely slow with little to no contact. I eventually asked for all 3 orders to be cancelled, only have 2 eventually fulfilled anyway and my cancellation ignored. I've still got a postcard order for a Kickstarter campaign outstanding from 2 months ago and no idea if or when it will be delivered. My campaign fulfillment is now late.
I'm really disappointed with Awesome Merchandise. I've used them regularly since 2008 and won't be using them again after this.

It's just incredible, you can go there with your eyes closed! I ordered for my shop of stickers and prints, in any case the stickers are impressive and the prints I'm waiting to receive them (in addition they give you more than what's in the order)!
