Awesome Merchandise 

I'm still waiting for one part of the job - 2 months after placing it.

My first few emails to customer services (both emailed and through the site) were ignored. I'm now getting responses but still waiting for the missing items.

They are cheap, but it's worth paying more for more reliable service elsewhere.

Ordered 250 business cards (very small order) a month a go.
Still not received. Sent 2 emails and sent a direct message on Instagram. Still nothing. Absolutely shocking customer service and communication. Keep the £9 I’ll just go somewhere else.

I have no idea what’s happened to Awesome Merchandise, it seems they’ve got to big for their service to cope. I have been waiting for an order over a month. No replies to my support ticket requests and the phone number to call just cuts you off after telling you there is no one available. Awesome Merchandise used to be Awesome but I think it’s about time they dropped the awesome from their business name as they are more dreadful than awesome these days!

If you are looking for a print company stay away from these unless you enjoy being frustrated and late releasing your products on a regular basis which has a knock on effect to your customers.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I am so disappointing with AM that I feel other potential customers should be aware of the terrible experience you will receive. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience, I suggest you steer clear and go with a local printers.

UPDATE: Even though you will see Awesome Merchandise have replied they did not fulfill the resolution as the order has still not been dispatched to me and still shows as ‘Pending Fulfilment’ on my account. Absolute waste of time.

I’m still waiting for the last part of my order from the start of august. No response from customer service or Instagram yet they post all the time on Instagram like they are working it doesn’t seem to be my order. So disappointed

Placed an order, I checked their website at the time and it said 1 week to dispatch. It took a lot longer to finally be dispatched, which I wouldn't have minded except the delay wasn't communicated to me.
Once dispatched it did arrive quickly, but what I received was really poor quality. Despite following their guidelines for preparing my file, the colours are really grey and washed out and therefore the product is unusable.

I’ve had a number of products start to rust after a short period of time. I know others with the same issue. Customer services told me that they couldn’t guarantee I’d stored them correctly and wouldn’t issue a refund.

I ordered business cards on August 31st and still haven't received them. I got a dispatch notification a few weeks later but nothing came, so eventually I contacted their support. They told me that I probably wasn't at home when UPS twice tried to deliver it and then it was held at UPS collection point for 2 weeks. They showed me a tracking number, but it only shows the address of the collection point, not mine.
They’ve never sent me any tracking information for my order and UPS hasn’t left me any cards. I work from home so I rarely miss any deliveries.
I find it hard to believe they even sent it to my address, especially looking at all other recent reviews here.

I think It was my 6th order with them, and I don't think I'll ever order again. I really like the quality of the products, but it's the second time I've never received my order. I ordered badges a few months ago and after waiting for 2 months I asked them to cancel the order, as it hadn't been fulfield.

THE WORST!!!! The actual worst customer service and mediocre production quality. Terrible time management. STAY AWAY!

Really frustrated with the process of ordering greetings cards this year!!
They took a large some of money weeks ago and still absolutely no response on timescales and delivery. The phone line doesn’t work and every time you send a message you’re completely ignored.

Ordered 4/05/22 only today (17/10/22) I was refunded with the help of PayPal. The order was for a Vinyl (preorder) so I did expect to have to wait at least 2 months, nothing arrived. So I phoned but was told this wasn't the department that sorted this, the guy gave me an email address to contact. I emailed for a couple of months each time told having difficulties with deliveries ect until I asked for a refund in September. Only than they told me it was in and it would be with me shortly, 3 weeks later it still wasn't. This is when I opened a dispute with PayPal and they sorted it within 2 weeks. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!!

They have gone into administration and there are many customers who have not had their orders fulfilled.

Do not order from this company.

We are awaiting refunds, but you can not contact them through email, telephone or social media.

Ordered sep12, order came 6th Oct, almost a month after ordering and they were printed on worng stock paper. Emailed no response. Terrible service. Won't be using ever again

It's a scam! I placed an order 1,5 months ago, and still haven't gotten it!

Looks like the owner closed up the shop and fled the country. SHADY!

I used them a couple of years ago - not a great experience then but all sorted in the end. Now it is deadful. Orders and money taken, communication minimal to non existent and no sign of a refund.

Various reviews say they have gone bust which I'm inclined to agree with but yesterday I received a marketing email from them and felt I had to say something to try and put people off using them.

They have gone bust!!! Are still taking money for orders and not sending anything out!!! - they were great a year ago but now gone bust, website and advertising should be taken down to avoid more people getting their hard earned cash scammed off of them!!

I placed a few orders at Awesome Merchandise in the last year, ranging from £100 to £1100 per order for various products (mugs, colouring books, stamps, cards). At first their service seemed great, I was happy with my first order. But then had issues with every subsequent order: Prints on mugs had the wrong colour (brown cows turned out dark purple). Ordered 21 stamps but they could only deliver 15. Then 50 out of 500 colouring books arrived damaged due to very inadequate packaging. And so on. With the latest complaint I asked them to clarify and refund the damaged goods but never heard back from them. Phones are not being answered.
I had given them a few more shots despite concerns over quality, due to these issues, but will now never use this company again.

Order placed more than 1 month ago, I cant get an update on my order, they have taken my money and not provided artwork yet. I have emailed and and called several times with no response? ITS A SCAM!!!! They continue to accept new order and your money but you will never receive nothing!!!
