Dave and Michelle at AVS, Worthing, were excellent…

Dave and Michelle at AVS, Worthing, were excellent with their customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them both, and they were only too happy to help with advice, etc. From the moment we arrived at AVS and were greeted by the very friendly and helpful Dave to speaking to the lovely Michelle in the office - we were very pleased.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery. Great customer service from the Worthing branch. Quite a few of the feather edge panels are very badly warped, but the garden sleepers are amazing!

Fence Panel

I checked around and the panel that I wanted was more expensive from all the local diy stores. The exact panelling wasn’t available but they provided me with a better panel at no extra cost. The only problem was the delivery charge which was a bit steep at £25 but other than that it’s a nice nice panel

Really good customer service

Really good customer service. Delivery was scheduled on a day no one was going to be in and they rearranged it with no hassle and the driver was very friendly. Would definitely order again from them
